  • Escape to Marathon in this large 5 bedroom 3 bath waterfront home in the heart of Marathon Florida. This clean home is bright and spacious with a large open living space perfect multiple couples or large families. This unique Florida Keys home has two finished levels so the family/group can spend quality time together in the spacious upsairs area or enjoy some private time in the downstairs lounge area.


    Bring your boat or rent one for the week and keep it on our large 68 ft deep water dock. The house is a quick 5 min away from from the Ocean inlet and the best fishing in the world.

    Not into fishing? Relax at the house and enjoy the beautiful views from the balcony or lounge in the chairs in the backyard. Two kayaks and a paddle board are available if you want to spend the day exploring on the water. Enjoy the floating dock for easy Kayak loading.

    Upstairs:
    Large open floor layout with kitchen, eat-in island, dinner table and living room. Off the kitchen is a large balcony (half screened in) with seating area and beautiful views of the Canal leading to the Ocean.
    Room 1: Master Suite - KING bed + on suite (Jacuzzi soaking tub & walk in shower) + crib
    Room 2: KING Bed (Shared hallway bathroom)
    Room 3: Queen Bed (Shared hallway bathroom)

    Downstairs:
    Large finished lounge area with two sliding doors leading to the covered deck and backyard. Large bathroom with walk in shower.

The house was amazing! Everything we hoped for and more. It could have been a little more clean. The floors were like they had not vacuumed or mopped the floors in a while.

S Tribe Fishing, Family, Fun

My brother my son and three other friends stayed the first five days. Fish bonded had a great time everyone thought the accommodations were great. Second five days my son the rest of my family joined us eight adults for children. Accommodated all of us very well. Pool was great location was very good.

Property was great for our group. 2 miles to grocery stores. Pool was great! Used the bikes and had a great time here.

We spend Thanksgiving in Marathon each year and as our families grow, so do our needs. Fishing/boating is central to our trip but November seas are fickle. This year, the heated pool saved the week! The house is well-equipped for children of all ages. The kitchen was stocked well enough to prepare and serve Thanksgiving dinner. We loved the direct access to the ocean but note, it’s a narrow canal. We don’t have a bow thruster and turning a boat around longer than 30’ can be tricky in the wind. Patience is required Overall great experience.

House was okay. It is located just across the highway from the airport, so we heard a lot of jets and helicopters day and night. The master bedroom bed was comfortable, but the other beds were very uncomfortable. The house is worn and in need of maintenance. The pool was nice, but some damaged party lights dangling over it blinked night and day. We only saw one roach and it was dead. If u are considering this rental, bring your knives. There wasn’t a decent sharp knife in the kitchen.

Great vacation home!

Our group of family & friends enjoyed the amenities of this home. Easy access to all activities - snorkeling, fishing, kayak access at the Marathon park, and Sombrero beach. Nice bikes for rides & the pool was wonderful. We would stay here again!

What a great house! It’s homey enough that you don’t feel like you have to worry about every little thing and everything is in good shape. The beds are so comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked and the grill works great! The kayaks and SUP were a wonderful bonus. We had a great dog park just around the corner for our pets. Beautiful views out of this property. Everyone had a great time and we all agree that the property was very clean so not sure what the other reviewers are talking about. We loved the pool and we had 2 days of visits with a mama and baby manatees! It was our first trip to the Keys and it won’t be the last! Jay is a great host! I could go on and on but go see for yourself!

Great time with friends

Property is great for a group of friends or family to spend time together. Pool was fantastic and being able to keep the boat on the bulkhead made for easy boat days, having ample parking for a trailer was a great bonus as well. Would definitely come back.

Heated pool was perfect after a long day of fishing! Roomy bedrooms and kitchen. Ice maker for fishermen - great vacation home and great neighbors!

Perfect location!

We needed a quiet upscale place where we could relax, but get to the action quickly. This house was perfect for that! My husband, my sister, and myself truly enjoyed the layout of the house, the amazing pool, and even got a visit from the local manatee family! It was close to amazing restaurants and had the perfect kitchen for relaxing meals at home. Highly recommend!

The property is great - pool was awesome for me and the family - there are a couple areas in the house (bedrooms) that need attention near the ducts. Overall the property was good.

Amazing home in Marathon

The pictures don't do it justice. The home is fantastic for a large group and the pool, ice maker, dock access, etc is just fantastic. We can't wait to return.

This house was perfect for our family. We were 6 adults and 2 children. The location and views were superb. The balcony was perfect for morning coffee and conversation with our adult children. The grandchildren loved playing in the heated pool and we all enjoyed relaxing in it. Having the 2 levels worked well since our grandson wanted some quiet time in his downstairs room occasionally. Everybody could get together or have some quiet time when they wanted with all of the space indoors and outdoors. The neighborhood is clean and quiet. The area is perfect for walking and biking. The microwave broke and I messaged Jay with VRBO and a new one was installed right away. The dryer wasn’t getting warm after a few days into our stay and it was repaired promptly as well. I would suggest this rental to anyone as we enjoyed our stay immensely! I didn’t want to leave.

Great Location - great space for large family or friends

We stayed 2 weeks. First week couples(6 people) and 2nd week family (10 people) plenty of space for everyone . A lot to do right in the property. Pool was such a plus. My son brought a sailboat and that with the kayaks provided a lot of activities. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

Family and friends get away

I was surprised things we didn’t think we needed and needed the property had. Loved the location and the spaciousness. There was more then enough room for all of us. The pool and access to water with paddle boards was a bonus!
