The location was wonderful just across the street from the beach. The home however was in need of some work. The bathrooms need work and this didn’t show in the pictures. The kitchen was well stocked and even had some spices. Washer and dryer are new and worked very well. Overall I would not rent again because of the condition of the home,

Perfect location within 2 min walk to beach. The house was ready and immaculate upon check in. Well appointed kitchen, linens and decor. En-suite baths for both bedrooms, and off street parking. The pool pump was not operating when we arrived, but just one text to the property manager Bonnie and a service tech was dispatched. A communication before, during and a follow up “thank you” after. We will certainly be returning this superb property.

Good little house

A few things that might help if you rent. Get grocery’s on mainland, they are much cheaper. Well stocked spice rack in the pantry but everything else food related you will need to bring Liquor was no more expensive than the mainland 4 beach chairs in the shed along with sand toys and boogie boards Rollaway in master closet Beach towels here Grandson caught fish off dock, at beach around rocks and off bridges without a boat Very good neighborhood

Great Location

House was in a great location. Loved how close it was to walk to Sombrero beach but also an easy drive to all the great local restaurants and grocery store. For 2 couples, was just the space we needed. Wish both bedrooms had king beds but we made it work. Beds were way too soft for our liking but everything else was great. Had one minor issue and property manager responded very quickly. Highly recommend to others.

We had a couple of hickups but all-in-all a good time

The property was very clean and perfect for our family of four. Easy access to the open waters. The only hickup we had was losing propane from the tank due to a hole. It took a couple of days to get us back up and running none of which was anyones fault. I would certainly stay here again!

Great place in a perfect location! Beautiful views and comfortable accommodations. Nice welcome basket with some nice essentials. Pictures are true to the home! We didn’t want our week to end! Would definitely book here again!

Well equipped house.

The check-in documents were sent 2 days before as promised. However, the key code was not included. This would only be given to us after 4pm on the day. I never received the code. It took us over an hour to get it,as our supposed property managers were not available. Compounded by the fact we are from the UK, and don't use our phones when away.Luckily, one of us had a company phone to use. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only downside was the lack of shade outside. After lunch, neither the umbrella or sunshade, were any use.

Vacation of a lifetime

My wife and I have always wanted to visit the keys. The trip was excellent and it all started with the amazing house. Everything was exactly as stated and the hostess and her team were outstanding. It was a great week visiting as many sites as we could and relaxing every evening around the pool was just what we needed. We had one very small issue and the team handled it very quickly and professionally and was much appreciated. We are already looking for another date to return. Thank you everyone for making our rental a great experience.

Excellent location

The location is absolutely perfect. It's right next to the beach and the canal is just a 5 minute idle out to the ocean. It's also just about one mile to the grocery store. The backyard area was great. We took our 23' boat and had plenty of space. Could easily fit two 30' boats (although there is only space for one trailer). Only complaint I have about the dock was that there are two davits taking up quite a bit of the walkway. The house itself was very comfortable with nice views. The kitchen was very well stocked and all was very clean. Our main complaint was the beds. The master was very soft and the second bedroom bed sunk in the middle. That one definitely needs replacement. Overall we had a great time.

Overall excellent place, clean, kitchen very well supplied, lots of extra bedding towels, etc.......OUTSTANDING llocation,across the street from Sombrero beach, long dock with close ocean access, and centrally located in Marathon down the street from Publix, gas, waldgreens and many local attractions, restaurants, Etc. Many Pros...the only Cons ( which to me are very minor) no bikes or kayaks and the beds are very soft...not so good if you have a bad back. I would highly recomend this rental and would look to stay again ( except that we feel in love with the keys and bought a condo down the road)

Wonderful 2 Bedroom House right at Sombrero Beach

Location, Location, Location... this house is perfect. It has direct water access if you have a boat. Its across the street from the best beach in the Keys. Its right down the street from the grocery store. The neighborhood is fantastic and quite safe. Sombrero beach has one of the best sunsets in the keys and its a 1 min walk from the house. The finishes for the house are great and there's a lot of the little extras in the house to keep you from having to make that trip to the store. Fast WiFi, wonderful backyard for laying around or relaxing. Excellent communication from the hosts. Washer/Dryer included, Smart TV, comfy beds and furniture. Its got everything we needed for our trip.
