    1. All vehicles and trailers are required to be parked within designated areas, and vehicle

    4. Pickup Schedule: Trash is collected early Tuesday & early Saturday; recycling is collected Friday. Trash cans can be at the curb after 6:00 p.m. the night before pickup and must be removed by the end of the pickup day.
    5. All tenants of vacation rental units are required to comply with MANDATORY
    EVACUATION at the posting of a hurricane warning.
    6. Recreational vehicles may be on the property but not used for sleeping, but must be approved by Host prior to booking.
    7. No excessively loud noise between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. No exceptions.
    8. No docked or parked vessels/vehicles may create a hazard to other drivers or be used as a live-aboard.

One of the most relaxing vacations we have been on. The location is in a quaint safe neighborhood called Little Venice connected by bridges. The house is on an extra wide canal where the sea green water is full of life; pelicans, manatees, shrimp, and plenty of fish. We went shrimping, fishing, and manatee watching. It is a boat and outdoor lovers paradise. You have access to 2 bait stores: Two Conchs and Captain Hooks and 3-4 charter companies within walking distance. Access to the Bay and Ocean through Vaca Cut. The house itself is built for comfort and convenience. From parking your car to accessing the decks and boat slip, laundry, everything is approximately 15’ away. Little effort is required to stay there! The home has a well stocked kitchen with a comfortable island. Open the blinds for 3 sided water views. The furniture is cozy and the mattresses are comfortable and new. The exterior had sturdy rocking chairs under an overhang for when it rains or you want some shade. The back deck is new with two water hoses, electrical, fish bait station, buckets, and deep water lights to attract fish. We enjoyed the Adirondack chairs and dining al fresco every morning and most afternoons. The keyless entry was convenient. The hosts were responsive, informational, and communicative. We did not have any issues with the home, complaints, or nonworking items. Everything was as advertised. We stayed a month and I wished it was longer!A
