The open-concept living area is flooded with natural light and framed by two full-size sliding glass doors that open to sparkling water views and marina docks right outside your door—so the water is always part of the experience. Sink into the designer L-shaped sleeper sofa (it opens into an additional bed for extra sleeping space), cue up your favorite show on the 42” smart TV, and unwind with the kind of calm you only get when you’re this close to the water.

Whether you’re making a quick beach breakfast or a full seafood dinner, the kitchen is truly set up for it. Centered around a spacious quartz island—perfect for casual meals, snack spreads, or sunset cocktails—this fully equipped gourmet space includes modern appliances, including a full-sized refrigerator & microwave and a compact stove/oven & dishwasher. It has all the cookware, dinnerware, glassware, and everyday essentials that make it easy to settle in and feel at home. Start mornings at the Coffee Station featuring a Keurig coffee machine + K-cups + sugar & creamer, then head out knowing everything you need is right here when you return.

Primary Bedroom
After a day on the water, you will love the luxurious master bedroom! Enjoy the king-sized bed with top-of-the-line luxury linens, calming décor, and a smart TV with cable for late-night movies or slow mornings. Thoughtful touches like complimentary bathrobes and slippers elevate the stay—perfect for lounging or sipping coffee while you plan the day’s adventure.

Your daily reset happens here. The bathroom is sleek and spa-inspired, featuring an oversized custom-tiled walk-in shower, a quartz vanity, and soft premium towels refreshed daily or upon request. Skipjack Marina
Skipjack’s full-service Marina features 54 finger-pier slips for boats up to 60 feet, plus seawall docking space for larger yachts—ideal for center consoles or cruising in on something bigger. There is also a boat launch ramp and on-site boat trailer parking available. Pontoon boat, kayak, and paddleboard rentals are available as well!

Boat slips, trailer parking, and boat ramp access are managed separately through Skipjack Marina and are not included with the villa rental. Guests planning to bring a boat will need to contact the Dockmaster directly to arrange accommodations, subject to availability. Nearby slips may be available for added convenience.
