All guests found the beds very comfortable and the accommodations perfect for our group of friends and family. The pool was awesome to hang out by later in the day after exploring the area.

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how spacious and welcoming everything felt. The house was exactly as described. The highlight for us was definitely the pool and the waterfront view. Mornings by the water with coffee and evenings watching the sunset from the patio was amazing. The location was also fantastic—close enough to beaches, restaurants, and attractions, yet quiet and peaceful. The host was responsive, helpful, and made the entire process seamless from booking to checkout. We would absolutely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your little piece of heaven!

This property is perfect for large groups. The rooms, beds and bathrooms were perfect for our group of 8 adults. The pool/hot tub was so warm, the way we like it. Fishing off the canal was adventurous with different fish and even a baby nurse shark (all of which were released). The kitchen was well stocked for cooking and the bonus small fridge was was great. Could’ve used a few more coffee cups as there was 8 of us and only 5 coffee cups. Other than that very minor detail, I would 100% recommend staying here. We hope to come back

Beautiful home on the canal. Had everything we could ask for. Very clean, spacious home. Spent most of our time in back yard. Had a few questions and Jay got back to me right away. Great open communication with owner the whole trip.

Fantastic Rental Property

WOW ! What a great place to stay. A great host and every thing you need to enjoy yourself on your vacation. Every thing very modern. Pool was a big plus for us heated made it great for the younger children. Tiki hut and lighting at night with a little steel drum music put you in the super relax mode.If you are looking for a place that is a cut above with a great host this is the place for you. The women loved the kitchen plenty of room to move around.We look forward into renting this property again.

Parents Getaway

We had 5 couple who stayed comfortably. We had enough space amd didn’t feel on top of each other. All the amenities were wonderful. Jay was great to work with and was quick to responded when we reached out. Marathon is a great area with lots to do. The drive to Key west was about 1 hour and 20 mins. We will definitely stay here again with we return to the Keys.

Family time

The five bedroom four bath Coco Plum Paradise house was large enough to comfortably accommodate our group of 7 adults and three children. We thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa, as well as the Gumbo Limbo tree and coconut palms in the backyard. Members of our group saw a manatee, sea turtle and iguanas in the canal. Our family trip was long anticipated and the house was a great base for our activities. Jay, the owner, was responsive and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay and warm family memories!

Great stay at Coco Plum

From when we walked in the door, we could easily see that the house was exactly how described on the listing. We were very comfortable and this house provides numerous places to gather, dine in and play games and equally has some nice spots to read and have some alone time. Jay (the owner) was very personable and offered a lot of great recommendations for activities and places to eat. We love the Keys and Marathon in particular, and look forward to revisiting and staying at Coco Plum!!

Great place, especially with kids!

This property has plenty to do...the pool and hot tub are heated and fun to use even if weather is not ideal. The kayaks and access to the channel allow for great fishing and lots of wildlife encounters. The house is clean and has all the amenities needed great vacatio .

50th Birthday Getaway

Celebrated my wife’s 50th with friends and family. 8 adults stayed at the house and with 5 beds and bathrooms it worked out great for a big group. Great location to rent boat, fish, use pool, rent kayaks, etc. There is a golf course and great beach, Sombrero near by that we were able to take advantage of as well. Would be a good fit for a family. Enjoyed the iguana visits as well!

Wonderful Week In The Keys

We had a wonderful week. Everyone enjoyed their bedrooms and we were happy to have found a house where each room had a king bed. The location of the house was great for us and we had easy ocean access for the (2) boats we brought down. The dock space was phenomenal! We fit a 33 ft offshore center console and a 24 ft center console comfortably. We definitely recommend this house to anyone. The owners are also very responsive, which was helpful when we had a question.

A slice of paradise

We stayed at this amazing house for a week in July, and it was an unforgettable experience. Despite the hot weather, the drinks were always ice cold, making it easy to stay refreshed. The pool was perfect after a long day of fishing. Our party of ten, ranging from 13 months to 67 years old, slept comfortably throughout our stay. The owner was incredibly responsive, swiftly answering any questions we had. A highlight of our trip was the day when five manatees swam up to the dock, making my son's day extra special. This property truly has everything you could ask for in a vacation home. Book it today—you will not regret it!

Beautiful property!

We’ve been staying in the Marathon area for every trip we’ve been on and this is by far our favorite rental we have used. The property has so much space that we never felt crowded in our group of 7. The outdoor space was amazing and that is where most of our time was spent. The kitchen is gorgeous and although we like going to all of our favorite restaurants we did a family style meal one evening and had everything we needed to cook. The master bedroom is beautiful as well! For those that love fishing, my husband and our friend caught everything from snappers to barracudas and tarpon. We also had manatees visiting daily and the first night we were there, I sat outside and watched them for 2 hours in front of us in the canal. Of all the times we stayed in Marathon looking for a house that fits us, we have found it! Excellent communication with property owners as well. Very impressed!

Great Getaway

Thank you to the owner and property manager for a great getaway. The house was clean, contained everything we needed. The pool was lovely and the maintenance guys came every other day to care and clean it. You won't go wrong with staying here. There are actually 5 bedrooms not 4 so the description needs to be corrected and pictures updated (shows one room with 2 queen beds). We were very happy with the accommodations and the management.

Marathon Gem

The house was perfect for our family with adult children and grandchild. Super layout and the pool area was wonderful! We used it every day! The location was really perfect to visit other islands on day trips! The owner was very responsive to all of our needs!

Perfect for us!

We stayed a week at this Marathon location with our grown children. The neighborhood was quiet and a short walk to the beach. The pool was amazing! We asked Jay for fishing recommendations and his recommendation of Two Conchs was spot on! We were close to many restaurants and bars, and found the house to exceed our expectations! The home was very well laid out and gave us plenty of room to spread out. It was well equipped with cooking and eating utensils. We’d definitely stay at this house again!

Awesome house - perfect for family

We had such a great time over Thanksgiving in marathon! This house was perfect for our family - 5 adults, 2 teens and a baby. One of the bedrooms had great darkening shades that was a great room for the baby. The outdoor space was beautiful, lots of seating and the pool was warm and clean. We loved the multiple couches in the living room, we could all sit and watch TV together. I used baby quip for some rental items for my baby which worked out great. Hope to be back again!!
