• The booking and payment of pool heating must be made in advance to ensure availability and proper temperature adjustment.
• Check-in is anytime from 16:00 PM to 21:00 PM. From 9pm onwards: €25 (Late check-in is required to be paid in cash)
• Check-out is by 11 AM.
• Late Check out fee from 11am until 1p.m: 40€ extra.
• Late Check out fee after 1p.m: We would charge you a day base rate without any discount and any compensation that we have to refund to the next Family who is staying in the property the same day of your check out date.

• No outside guest(s) allowed. Only the number of people in your booking are allowed in the property.
• Please note, this is a quiet neighborhood and quiet hours are from 9pm-8am. No events, parties or loud music is permitted in this residence.
• Would greatly appreciate being informed as to your estimated time of arrival and flight number if you come by plane, when making an inquiry / reservation.

• Lost keys or damage to entry lock: € 250.00 (needs to change completely the lock) , if it is not need to change it, 125€.

• Smoke in the property: € 300
• The guest must comply with the community rules, including not exceeding permitted noise levels, not hosting parties, and maintaining civilized behavior during the stay. In case of non-compliance, a penalty of € 1000 will be deducted from the security deposit.
