“Check-in process was seamless, The house was clean, and all procedures to follow were clearly stated, from trash disposal to last-day exit instructions. The location was ideal for anyone visiting the Tail of the Dragon, right at the end (or beginning, depending on the direction from which you were traveling) of the Dragon.”

“Our family (three generations) have stayed in many short-term rental properties over the last 20 years and this home, by far, was the cleanest one and I'm pretty picky. Not only was the home spotless, it was beautiful and welcoming. Our family from ages 10 though 78 thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet and the home is secluded far enough away from the main area of the lake that their was very little boat traffic when we were using the kayaks and paddle boards. ...

“Aug 20 to Aug 24. The house was well suited for our group of four couples. The house had everything we needed. Loved the porch overlooking the lake and the dock. We rented a boat to see more of the lake. We will be reserving this house again for next year.”

“Everything was perfect for our group of 17 adults. The pool area was outstanding. we enjoyed the boat and the golf cart was a life saver. David met us on arrival and showed us around the house and property. plentyof supplies.”

“Had a fantastic time! The house was beautiful and had literally every thing we needed. The kitchen was more stocked than any other VRBO we’ve stayed in, and was perfect with the wide open space and pool table right in the same big room. We rented a boat from Lake Chatuge Marina, and the boat fit perfectly on the floating dock, no problems whatsoever. The fire pit is as beautiful as the pictures show. We had one small glitch with the internet, but apparently a storm had knocked several other...
