Great place for a quiet get away

Great location to get away. Great view of the lake. Boat rental was near buy so we’re grocery stores and a great local coffee shop.

Relaxing stay

During the month of March there is little boat traffic on Lake LBJ. We enjoyed the quiet mornings and evenings of viewing the lake and various birds.

Family vacay

House is beautiful. On cute Cul de sac so no traffic. Only thing needed is more seating in the backyard and more pans to cook. Otherwise we loved and highly recommend this property

Perfect Location

Perfect lakefront location for relaxation, boat/jet ski rentals, food and Boat Town entertainment, swimming, fishing, private parks, etc. Beautiful house with lovely master bedroom and bath downstairs and 2 bedrooms and bath upstairs. Enjoyable for all ages.

Great house, great location

We had a great time staying here. Plenty of space for everyone. Nice, newer setup of furniture and appliances. Boat dock was easily accessible in back of house down pretty good run of stairs. Real shallow water not very good for fishing though. Beach area is not directly on property either but short walk away.

Charming Lakehouse

This lakehouse is absolutely charming. The layout of the home is great and the beds are very comfortable and everything was so clean. We spent all of our time on the back patio just gazing at the lake. We did take a dip in the water one day and just tied our floats up to the dock. The home is conveniently located in the heart of town and you can walk right across the street to Boat Town Burger Bar for great food and live music. This is the place to be when visiting Kingsland - we will be back!

Broken temperature control

Excellent property, great location by the lake/river, artistic interior. I stayed two days and on both nights, all guests (9) had a hard time to sleep, especially upstairs. The temperature got up to 86 degF and it just won't cool down. Nobody responds on vrbo messages. There was a separate number I had to call. The technical couldn't fix it and I had to deal with it again the next night as well. They said their customer experience team will reach out, but nobody did. In summary, great property which needs temp control fixed. But bad property management company behind.

Perfect Thanksgiving/Christmas Get Away

The Home was absolutely beautiful. I felt so comfortable and LOVED the views. I had my children all meet at the house for a Thanksgiving/Christmas mini vacation. Even though it was cold and raining, we made the best of it. Did some fishing, kayaking. With the private dock, we could leave the Kayaks in the water and go out between rain storms. Special times with my Grand Daughter. She LOVED seeing the Ducks and Geese flying around. I can't wait to go back again soon.

Good getaway

The property was just as advised and easy access to the lake. Only issue we had was the master suite was warmer then the rest of the house. I would advise having a ac repair person look at it. 10/10 and will look to repeat next trip. Thank you guys.

Casa Lake Bliss

Our stay overall was nice. Home was spacious and well layed out. The Primary Bedroom was always noticeably warmer than the rest of the home, so I dont know if there is a filter that needs to be changed for that room or what; ended up having to sleep with the door open after the first night so it could cool down. (It could have been the heat wave, but the remainder of the downstairs was cool). The shared dock gets EXTREMELY hot (way warmer than the concrete), so make sure you wear shoes all the way to the ladder (we placed a towel down at the ladder so you could stand on the towel before putting your shoes on). The river in front of the home does have some grass/seaweed growth where you get in, but if you walk a little ways out you can find a sand bar to stand on. Water is not deep, so adults can stand (somewhere between 5-5.5’). There is a bridge the crosses the river close to the house, but there really isnt much traffic/noise; just wasnt great to try and get nice sunset/sunrise photos! Random discovery: the river water dried out our skin, so make sure and bring moisturizing lotion!

Summer Kickoff

Property had a great location, easy to find and not on a busy section of the lake. House was clean and perfect amount of space for our group. Kitchen was well stocked with all supplies needed for cooking.

Great Stay

Scenery was gorgeous, the house was modern and had updated appliances & electronics. The master bedroom in particular was spectacular, and the nearby faux waterfall drowned out the noise of cars on the bridge (the bridge isnt a big deal at all due to this). Took a 4 night stay at this home, and had a hard time leaving because of how relaxing it is. I would definitely recommend this home!
