Bellísimo

Es una casa muy acogedora, muy bien ubicada, se comunicaron conmigo nada más que llegue son excelentes en el trato con los huéspedes, muy buena la piscina y el tv en atrás, la playa privando es un encanto... espero que vayan muchas personas y disfruten como mi familia y yo, gracias .

House was as described. We appreciate that we were able to bring our pet. However might I suggest that the area rug in the living room be removed. It absorbed past pet odors and made the house smell like wet dog. When going to use the dishes for dinner I reached for 3 dishes, top 2 dishes were fine, 3rd dish had dried macaroni and cheese on it. The pool was a wonderful touch, but when we arrived there was a kids Tonka truck, diving toy and a hair tie on the bottom of the pool. We had to clean it up before being able to use it.

We had a wonderful stay at this house for a week. The pool area is fantastic and the layout of the house was perfect for our needs. We would definitely stay again!

Good location, walking distance to grocery store, restaurants. Great heated pool in lanai. Plenty of water toys for children. Large washer & dryer. All furniture needs serious updating. Beds are noisy, rug in living room not lay flat, end curls up to trip. Couches are stained and noisy. Operating the lights and fans was an adventure. There is a combination of wall controls and remotes with no instructions. One remote was in pieces. There are limited number of dinner plates. The floors in the house and the lanai need a deep cleaning. Feet were black walking in the house, dog hair in lanai.

Plenty of towels. The pool was heated to a perfect temp. and we enjoyed the patio area. Farmer’s Market on Wednesday was a walkable distance and had some delicious food. It’s an easy drive to S. Marco Beach, which we visited several days.

A fun time

The property was clean and organized as advertised, the only problem was one of the beds was broken on our arrival. No a bid problem that diminished our like of the property. It was a fun experience my girls love it as they sleep in the same room. Everything was close by. We loved the chairs and the car that you could put everythin in it and save you time and effor. We loved the house. It got everything tgat we needed for our stay thank you for all the effort that the owners put in mantaining the peoperty in that state.

This was our first time to Marco Island and we will definitely return. We enjoyed visiting local shops, restaurants, and the beach. The area is beautiful! We enjoyed our accommodations as well. On the days we were not at the beach, we enjoyed time in the pool relaxing as a family.

Beautiful stay!!!!

The property was very clean, as were the towels, sheets, and all bedding!!! However, the 2 little beds in one of the bedrooms were really uncomfortable. The location was perfect!!!!

Our first property had issues from the last stay. The manager tried to call, text and email me several times, however I was traveling, to let us know there was a change in property. We finally got ahold of each other and she put us in a delightful home, closer to the original property. The manager was very apologetic for any confusion. She was awesome

Quiet Beach Family Getaway House

Quick Visit

While visiting Naples for a tournament our daughter was in, we came a few days early to spend some family time on Marco Island. This house had everything we needed, was easy to get to, and close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. I would definitely recommend!

Very enjoyable

We stayed for three nights during the extreme rain and due to the outside pool area we were still able to enjoy ourselves! It was easy to get to both beaches which we used both of them. The “beach access” advertised in the rental is you have to save your receipts and then submit them to get refunded. Two of the four bikes did not work. One needed a new tire and the other had a bent tire, but we did use the other two. Plenty of indoor space! We appreciated having a washer and dryer! We truly enjoyed our trip and plan to return! We would like to thank the home owners for allowing us to make memories in their rental!

Good location

My sisters and I stayed in the home the end of February and enjoyed our stay. The house is a little worn. One of the dining chairs has loose legs that will cause an accident for someone soon and some of the cabinets are looking worn. Light switches are marked, but still a little awkward, beach towels are child size and need to be replaced. Overall the house was comfortable the outdoor space was nice and though we didn't use the pool, it was heated and clean. The beds are comfortable, and the location is great. The host was quick to respond with our questions, but we were a little disappointed with the check-in time (4:00) and were not allowed in early. We would stay again and hope this review helps the owners.
