  • Beautiful Remodeled 5th Floor, 900 Sq ft, 1 bedroom/1 full bath condo at San Marco Residences, 291 S. Collier Blvd. Gorgeous Gulf of Mexico view from condo and lanai. Beach Access directly across street. Heated pool, tennis/pickle ball court. JW Marriott directly across street. Walking distance to restaurants and hotels. Stay in my condo instead of paying JW Marriott rates! This condo gets 5 star reviews from all guests. Condo is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. We pride ourselves on providing high quality linens, towels, beach towels, etc. Gulf view and JW Marriott directly across street. Beach access directly across street as well. Condo is situated in the center of the island and walk able to restaurants, bars, movies, churches etc Guests have access to the entire condo. Washer and Dryer available on every floor of the condo building. Condo is stocked with everything you need for a day at the beach. There is a designated parking spot for the condo. Guests are required to sign a standard rental agreement.

Great place and location!

Had such a lovely stay at Jim’s condo, it was so clean and comfortable. The balcony was delightful and I loved being able to cross the street and walk right onto the beach! Can’t wait to come back with my husband in the future, it’s a real gem of a spot!

A wonderful property!

The condo had everything we could need and very comfortable for our family of 3. The location was perfect with convenient beach access--the beaches were clean and wide. Shopping, restaurants and activites were easily accessible. We look forward to a future stay!

Beautiful Condo!

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo! We thoroughly enjoyed the accomodations and the great location. The terrace was a great spot to see the beautiful sunsets that the West Coast has to offer. Thanks again and we look forward to visiting Marco Island in the near future.

Great Location!

We had a conference at the JW Marriott and decided to find someplace else to stay instead of the Hotel. This was just a few minute walk! It is a nice condo, perfect for a couple. Had a few questions when we arrived but got a response quickly plus some great restaurant recommendations! Beach access is just across the street. Honestly, it was a perfect location for our visit to Marco Island!

fantastic condo

We stayed 4 nights in aug 10. jim was so helpful and the condo is lovely.We were a family of 4 but there was plenty of space and it is beautifully furnished and extremely well equipped. The pool is big and heated and the beach very close.There are also good restaurants in walking distance. I would highly recommend it and we had a great visit

Perfect location on Marco

Perfect getaway

This is a beautiful and very well equipped unit. Conveniently located close to restaurants, shops and right across the street from beach access. Highly recommend this vacation unit. Quiet building with very clean pristine pool. We will definitely book this same unit next time we visit Marco.

Awesome Vacation

This property owner was very responsive and I found the description to meet all aspects of the reality of the rental. It was so clean and inviting, probably one of the best rentals I have stayed at on Marco Island. IT was so nice to use the pool and everyone I met was more than personable. I would definitely recommend this unit to anyone wishing to have a quiet, beautiful place to stay while visiting Marco Island!

Wonderful Condo

This was a wonderful condo, it had everything thing you needed to go to the beach. It was very clean and decorated very nicely and we also enjoyed the balcony. The beach was not to far and it was beautiful and not to crowded this time of the year. We would love to come back! Jim was very helpful.
