  • Luxury Condo located steps from the beach with great views! Our unit is located on the 5th floor of the San Marco Residences, across from the beach access to Marco’s beautiful Crescent Beach and the JW Marriott. Fully renovated with all high end finishings, quartzite counters, marble bath, and large center island. An oasis to relax and enjoy beautiful Marco Island. You can walk to the beach, and to several restaurants and shops.

    Our unit includes two separate bedrooms: A master with king bed and another with a twin bed, providing accommodations for three people to sleep in beds. An additional person can be accommodates on the sofa in the living area. It is not a sleep sofa but can be made upas a twin bed.

    The property includes a heated swimming pool, tennis court, gas grill area on property with outdoor seating and laundry on each floor.There is a dedicated parking space.

    We strive to provide our guests a five star experience and have been pleased to be able to do that with our other home #4141912 and with this property. NOTE: Each unit has 1 numbered parking spot. Vehicles may not exceed 21 feet in length. Motor coaches, campers, recreation vehicles and boat trailers are not allowed to park at SMR. They will be towed.

Este condo es más lindo en persona q en fotos , todo muy beach style y nuevo.La cocina equipada con todo lo q se necesita ,hagas lo q hagas. La dueña es estupenda cuando se trata de comunicación ,respondiéndote al momento. Estoy más q agradecida con la dueña,además q su propiedad está muy linda,bien amueblada y limpia. También tienen 3 sillas para la playa,una sombrilla y carrito para transportarlo todo. Súper recomendada en todos los sentidos.

Great location, condo was updated and beautifully decorated, all the necessities you may need in a rental were available, and a responsive owner that made sure to check in and see if your stay was going well. I would definitely rent from Kathy again! We had a wonderful trip!

Perfect Location

This condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the ongoing construction which resulted in debris everywhere and the tennis courts were closed but this was no fault of the owner. The owner was great with communication and we would rent here again.

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at several apartments here & this has been by far our favorite! Everything is new and so clean. The apartment has everything you can think to need- I felt so at home. My 11 year old loved having her own little room. Will definitely be staying here again.

Nicely appointed condo. Terrific location near the beach. Comfortable. Nice views. A little noisy, even on the weekend, with construction going on. Not a large nuisance, but noticeable. Overall, a very positive experience and very recommendable.

Perfect Marco Island Condo

This was a beautiful updated condo with tasteful decor and everything you could possibly need for an enjoyable stay. All high end from kitchen to furnishings. Location was perfect with a beach access right across the street. Many restaurants and shops near by, the Dolphin Explorer 3 hour excursion was fabulous, should not miss that one in particular. Looking forward to our next stay.

Excellent experience!

Kathy, the host, was wonderful. We arrived into town early that morning, and although check in wasn't until 4pm, she accommodated us to let us leave our luggage in the condo so we didn't have to lug it around with us all day. The condo was clean, well decorated, and everything we expected from the advertising and photos. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious Modern Apartment

This is a wonderful apartment located very close to the beach with all the amenities you might need. Everything was easy from booking right through to the end of my stay. I would definitely stay here again if I’m looking for a home away from home in Marco Island. On this stay I was attending a conference at the JW Marriott and the apartment was a super easy walk. Exactly what the doctor ordered!

Our stay in this beautiful condo was exactly what the doctor ordered to combat the winter blues and welcome a sunny spring in 2023. And, the property was exactly as promised on VRBO with updated decor, a well-appointed kitchen and beach equipment. Accessing the gorgeous Marco beaches was as easy as crossing the street (literally!). The owners were very responsive during our stay to questions and last minute requests. We look forward to renting this condo again!
