Great getaway!

We couldn't be happier with the entire property. Offers many amenities for the beach. Large property with the largest area of beach. So a lot of walking but we are used to walking so it was great for us.

This property appears to have been completely upgraded recently including the bathrooms, kitchen, window coverings, tile on the floor, sliding doors, paint, etc. Many beach and pool items were available in the storage locker. Marco Island Vacation Properties made check in and check out a breeze.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We really loved our 10 day stay in unit 3-312. I think we were the first to rent it after the new owners remodeled the unit. Everything in the unit feels new, super clean, and tastefully decorated. The kitchen is very posh and had all of the essentials (pots pans, dishes, glasses, cups, coffee maker, blender) were brand spanking new. It was a pleasure to cook our meals and eat with sunset views. The beach is very wide so prepare for a 10 minute walk from unit to water, but its a pleasant walk if you pack light. The owners provide lots of useful beach equipment (umbrella, chairs, cooler, rolling cart, beach towels). The unit was quiet and we hardly saw any neighbors. The building is secure and the amenities (pool, gym, laundry room) are well maintained.

Truly stunning! The sun pours into the wall-to-wall windows in the main living area, and high-end remote controlled shades provide just the right amount of filter and privacy.The location is prime, with beach on one side of the building, pool on another, and pickleball, tennis courts and shuffleboard on the other. There are several great restaurants a very short walk away. The rental management company was a pleasure to work with, and the staff in the building office were also great. One thing renters should be made aware of: the property is first and foremost home to lots of retirees, and because of that, there are rules that ensure they have a great quality of life. For example, the pool has some very strict rules, and an attendant who ensures the rules are followed

Beautiful Condo

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is absolutely beautiful. We ended up in this unit due to a last minute issue with our original reservation in another condo on the opposite end of the beach. Pros - Updated condo, beautifully decorated. A lot of windows with electronic shades. Had everything we needed. Comfortable bed. Corner unit with wrap around balcony. Plenty of outdoor furniture. Close to the pool. Quiet complex.Cons - The condo complex is on the north end of the beach. The unit is on the 3rd floor. The ocean view is obstructed by a nature preserve. The walk to the shoreline is quite a least 10 minute walk. If ocean view and beach time is not important to you, then you will love this unit. There is a different key for main door to complex, condo unit, storage unit, gate to beach......too many keys to mess with. Overall, a great unit........just not the location we wanted. Because of the situation we were in, we really didn’t have much of a choice.....everything was booked.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The ladies at the rental agency were amazing! They were sweet, kind, and helpful. When we arrived at the property, it was spotless! We have rented several times and this was the cleanest condo we have ever rented. The only downside is that there isn’t a washer/dryer in unit only on the floor and you have to pay $2 to wash and $1 to dry your clothes. Dryer needs 2 cycles for clothes to dry, and the rental company asks that you wash the towels (except for the ones you use on the day you leave) instead of leaving them for the cleaning crew to wash. That was disappointing since we need to pay to run the washer/dryer. Other than that, we had a great overall experience. Condo had everything we needed for the beach and/or pool. Kitchen was also perfect and the refrigerator has a filter water dispenser so no need to buy bottled water. We would stay here again!

Loved the storage space with the wagon, chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, noodles, and frisbee. Laundry was very affordable as well and easy to get to. Super work out room and very quiet so I did not have to fight to share weights. Felt very safe. Overall great experience. Would definitely come back and rent from there again.

Great place to stay on Marco

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful beachfront unit, it looks just as pictured. Our family really enjoyed our stay. The beach is quite a walk to get out to the water, but the unit had very nice beach equipment. The pickle ball courts and other activities are nice and the complex felt very secure. Our only complaint while there was a daily announcement at 830AM that they were "cleaning the stacks" and we may have our water shut off all day. Finally after two days of uncertainty, the management company sent out a detailed schedule. The lobby was very smelly each day they were doing this, but fortunately, we never had our water turned off while staying there.

Both beds and living room furniture are very comfortable. Important things to us. It’s basketball season and we follow the Badgers. The place feels like home - spacious, clean, beautifully furnished and full of sunshine.

Exceeded Our Expectations!

When our original booking cancelled on us last minute we found this condo in a pinch. The condo was absolutely perfect! The owners did not miss out on any details for accommodations. Everything was brand new and views were amazing in the corner unit. Cleanliness was top notch! Kitchen had everything and more from dinnerware to storage bags. There was even dish soap, hand soap, and so much extra kitchen and bath-ware we didn’t have to buy any down on the island. Furniture, appliances, linens were immaculate quality. Nothing cheap here! They even had a wonderful cooler and beach towels we used the entire time. I would definitely recommend this condo to anyone visiting Marco Island!
