ATTENTION: READ MESSAGE BELOW BEFORE YOU BOOK. This condo is advertised on the Expedia Group sites by a local rental agency (Marco Island Rental Properties) and the payment you make when you book this house is only their service fee. (Check your credit card statement) Once you have successfully completed the booking; you will be contacted from an MIRP rental agent for the rest of the payment. You will be following the payment schedule from Marco Island Rental Properties not VRBO for your booking. Some extra paperwork will be emailed to you that will need to be filled out promptly.
Beautiful and updated 3-bedroom 2 bath BEACHFRONT Condo! Spacious balcony to enjoy daily sunsets and view of Pool area as well. Tile throughout condo. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Queen in one guest room and 2 twins in the other guest bedroom. No need to wait inline to use the washer and dryer with the rest of the floor. This condo has a full size washer and dryer. Downstairs is a full restaurant and bar. Exercise room, Tennis, Pool and Jacuzzi included in this building. Short walk to the beach. 13 Min walk to the Movies, more restaurants, and mini golf! EXIT CLEANING FEE may increase according to length of stay.
There is a $50 parking fee and a refundable $75 deposit for the gate tag collected upon arrival at the front desk. The $75 deposit will be refunded after the parking tag is returned and tested for damage. Fees will be charged to a credit or debit card as the front desk will not accept checks or cash payments.
CANCELLATIONS: 15% of the rental fee is retained if cancellation is made 60 days prior for weekly (90 days monthly rental). Condo App Fees, and Travel insurance is non-refundable. Inside the 60 days weekly/90-day monthly cancelation period, (if you do not have travel insurance); We try to re-rent the unit, if successful we will charge 15% commission on your reservation and refund the balance. WE HIGHLY ENCOURAGE you to purchase travel insurance to protect your trip! Cancellations due to COVID, Hurricanes, any acts of God, or Mother Nature are subject to the same conditions as our normal cancellation policy. No Exceptions! Pets - not allowed

Property was very clean and secure!! The check in process was very quick and easy. Parking area was covered and secured. Condo was a beautiful 3 bedroom ocean front just as listed. Amazing views from the balcony and direct beach access from the property.

We loved everything about this property! Check in was so easy, condo was spotless and updated. Views from balcony were spectacular! The location is the best from being right on the beach to walking to restaurants and shops. We will be back!

Great Condo for a Family Getaway
We had a fantastic stay at this vacation condo! The location was absolutely perfect—close to everything we needed and just steps from the beach. Booking was super easy, and the condo itself was spotlessly clean upon arrival.One of the standout features was the beach gear provided. They really thought of everything: umbrellas, a pop-up tent, chairs, a wagon, and even a cooler—made beach days so much easier and more enjoyable.We were initially concerned about needing old-school keys for different areas of the building, but it turned out to be no hassle at all and actually gave us a greater sense of security.Inside, the condo was well-equipped with everything we needed, especially in the kitchen. The pots, pans, dishes, and utensils were all in great shape—perfect for nights we chose to cook in. And a huge bonus: the water pressure was amazing, which is surprisingly rare in Florida rentals!Check-out was a breeze, which helped make departure stress-free.The on-site restaurant, Sunset Grille, was a pleasure surprise of our trip. The food was absolutely delicious, the portions were generous, and the atmosphere was perfect for a relaxing meal after a day at the beach. Plus you could order food and drinks and take them to the beach to watch the sunset.Would we stay here again? Absolutely. If we return to the area, this condo will be our first choice.Negatives: None. We truly couldn’t find a single thing to complain about.

Fantastic location/property! Needs a few inexpensive upgrades!
This is a fantastic property and location. Roomy, great beach and access to it. Well equipped kitchen. Solid bar and restaurant right on site. It's expensive and that's OK. But fix the little things! Property has 2 elevators, and both are needed for the large 10-story property and all the cleaning staff using them. But one has been out for more than a month. My 3-BRM property sleeps 7, but only had 1 good (rusted but working) beach chair and 3 broken or really bad ones. Great chairs are 75 each and last 5-10 years; buy 6-7 of them for your renters! And the patio door handle appears to have been broken for quite a while - no big deal, but just fix it! And it's pickleball - all the other properties around have spent a few on pickleball stripes to complement their tennis courts; other renters at this property bought chalk to try to make their lines. Again, very good place to stay. Fantastic location. Could easily be a 10-plus with some minor extra attention!
