  • Summary:

    Best Location of a private home with Lanai & Pool on Marco Island. Walk out your back fence and across the street (0.15 miles) from both public beach access and the Marco walk cluster of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. You do not even need a car at this property as there is plenty to explore in walking distance. Fully equipped and well stocked house to live there that goes well beyond typical bare bones rental. There is no better location or value on Marco Island.

    The Neighborhood:

    Clean & pristine family neighborhood in paradise in ultra convenient location with public access to beach, and the Marco Movies cluster of restaurants, ice cream, mini golf, and more. The huge Mackle Park including dog park is nearby with great walking & biking trails around interior lake, huge playground play structure, splash pad, and more. Our intimate 6 mile island has 71 Restaurants and loads of Entertainment and Excursions. Many enjoy biking, walking, or golf carts to cruise around paradise.



    Other Things to Note:

    No parties or events and guest may never exceed occupancy booked.

    All of Marco Island has a noise ordinance 24x7 that is especially strict after sunset.

    No trailers or RV's in Marco Island driveways overnight.

    Please ensure that the lanai doors are kept open at all times during pool service visits, as access is required to complete the maintenance properly.

Muy buena estancia

Muy buena la instalación, algunas cosas estaban defectuosas como los loquer de las puertas de acceso a la piscina, el sistema de descarga del baño master con problemas too. La piscina estaba turbia el dia de llegada, como si acabaran de tratarla, solo al siguiente dia estaba transparente

This is such a comfortable house with easy access to South Beach! We especially loved sitting on the lanai, and appreciated both the outdoor dining table and the conversation area. The owner is a great communicator, too!

Stayed here with 4 kids under 9 and had a great time. Big, clean pool and 5 min walk to the beach.

Stayed here for five nights in January. Awesome location! Walk to the beach and several restaurants in a plaza nearby. Would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Loved the location. Short walk to the beach. Close to restaurants and entertainment. The place had lots of good amenities. Beach wagon, chairs, cooler. Would definitely stay again.

Spectacular location !!

Of all the houses I've stayed at on Marco Island, this one is by far the best located. It's actually just two minutes from the beach, as the listing says. A very nice house, clean and spacious. I'll try to stay there next time.

Closer to beach and Marriott

We were meeting friends who were staying at Crystal Shores Marriott and this house was in a great location for our family of 7. It was just a couple minutes walk to the beach and had plenty of bath and beach towels for our stay.

The property worked out perfectly for our family aged 6 to 73. Close to the beach. Our kids loved the pool. The giant TV was a bonus.

Location… location… location

We had a wonderful stay in Marco. The location is perfect within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and dinner and a movie! The pool was fantastic and the property had everything we needed. Highly recommend!

Mother/Daughter get away

My mom, my aunt, and my cousin enjoyed a few days on Marco Island. We loved the location of the house--very close to restaurants, shops, and the beach. We also enjoyed hanging out by the pool and playing cards at night on the lanai.
