  • Venga y disfrute de un poco de paraíso. Caminar sobre la arena blanca de la Media Luna Beach, ir bombardeos, encontrar los dólares de arena, ver los delfines o simplemente descansar en la piscina. Todo es posible cuando reserve su estancia en este 2 dormitorios, 2 baños condominio frente al mar ubicado en la soleada isla de Marco.

    Nuestra casa cuenta con muebles nuevos, alfombras nuevas, cocina mejorada, televisores de pantalla plana inteligentes con HD, wi-fi gratis en la unidad y más. Relájese en la playa o dormitar en la terraza de 32 pies en una tarde soleada. Nuestra unidad está equipada con una cocina completa y un snack bar, todos los electrodomésticos, platos y utensilios. Suministramos un montón de toallas, sillas de playa, sombrilla y un carrito de playa.
    Hay una amplia suite principal con una cama de matrimonio con vistas al Golfo de México.
    El 2 º dormitorio incluye 2 camas de tamaño completo, TV de pantalla plana de alta definición. . Cada habitación tiene su propio cuarto de baño. La sala de estar da a la playa y puede alojar cómodamente a 4 - 6 personas. Este condominio ha sido decorado con gusto y tiene todas las comodidades del hogar. Lavadora y secadora son accesibles en la misma planta.

    * Actualización de la construcción, verano de 2019: la propiedad de los mares del sur y nuestro condominio sufrieron daños importantes durante el huracán Irma en septiembre de 2017.
    Cuando llegue, notará que hay trabajos en curso en la propiedad que se está completando. Más del 80 por ciento de las ventanas en la torre 3 y el 70 por ciento de las ventanas en la torre 4 están programadas para ser reemplazadas. Durante su estadía, puede experimentar ruido de construcción como resultado del proyecto de reemplazo de ventanas en curso. Las horas de trabajo de construcción son de lunes a viernes de 7:30 a.m. a 5 p.m. diariamente.

Craig is very responsive and the unit is perfect. Beautiful view of the beach and South Marco from Tigertail beach. Loved having an outside entry access rather than from a hallway like some of the other units have. We will stay here again for sure.

Amazing month in Marco!

We stayed for the month of February and had a great stay. Craig was a wonderful host - very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The condo is very updated, clean, in a great location with an amazing view of the beach. We would definitely rent this condo again!!

Wonderful condo with a great view

This condo had all I needed for my stay . It had a nice kitchen and a big porch with great places to sit and watch the sunset. Owner was very fast with communication. Location is right on Tiger tail , and it is the easiest of the four buildings to get out to the good part of the beach from.

Everything we expected and more!

Owner was awesome. This unit has everything you could ask for. Beach chairs, coolers, beach cart, and more. The unit itself is very comfortable and clean. Three TVs and well stocked kitchen. We absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely stay again.

A great spot!

We had a great time on our first trip to Marco Island! The condo was perfect and we loved having beach chairs and coolers for our use. It’s a walk to get to the water, but well worth it once you’re there. Make sure to talk a walk to the lagoon to the right of the property...you can rent paddle boards and kayaks...it was so fun! We will definitely be back.

Great condo!

Condo was just as described. Well stocked and very clean. Beach cart and chairs were nice because it is a long walk to the water. Property grounds were well maintained. Owner was easy to communicate with and promptly responded to questions. Marco Island is beautiful! Highly recommend!

Tigertail and Marco in December

We have stayed many times in apartments in the South Seas complex. Some have been updated, some have not. Some have good views and some have great views. Craig’s apartment is both nicely updated and has a great view. The updates include a spacious refrigerator a very effective sink and an efficient and quiet dishwasher. The apartment is on the 4th floor with balcony views to the WSW which means sunsets and beach vistas. Very nice. Kitchen has lots of all the right tools and the main room has a mirrored wall and a 4 person (could fit 6 if needed) glass eating table. As always with Tigertail Beach area, it is a long walk from the back gate to the beach because the beach is pretty wide here. However you also get the lovely mangroves that are the inlet’s setting. Really enjoyed this one!

Marco Getaway

Great location in Marco. Condo was clean & tidy. Bit of a walk to the beach, but view was wonderful. Missed the part about the laundry not being included. We had a card to load money on for laundry use. Plenty of space, beds were comfortable. Pool was very nice even though it was closed half our stay because of maintenance issues. Lots of families. Had a small issue with the air when we first arrived but the owner was easy to contact & had it resolved right away. Only point of frustration was getting in the gate after check-in because we did not purchase the barcode. Probably worth the 10 extra dollars. Definitely will make our list for future stays.

Relaxing Location

Great location .Well kept property clean and neat .Craig responded immediately to our need of a new coffee maker. Well stocked with all your needs for the beach. the beach wagon is a savior. Huge beach but it is a hike to the water .nice location to explore Tiger Tail beach.

Great place for our family to relax

Owners are very helpful and have a wonderful place they are sharing. We were looking for a relaxing city anywhere in Florida that wasn't overly commercialized. Marco Island was definitely what we needed and this place is right on the beach with great amenities. The beach is expansive and so helpful to have the cart and beach chairs and other things available for our use! We searched for a site with tennis courts and they were very well maintained and the gentlemen caring for it were very nice (clay courts). When we find ourselves back in Marco Island we hope this property is available to us.

Awesome condo

We love how the condo is right next to the beach, and we could access the beach via a short boardwalk. The condo also has everything we need for a really fabulous stay (utensils, cooler, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach wagon,) The only complaint I have has nothing to do with the condo apartment, but more with the burgermeister pool attendant - she wants all the kids to be sitting in the pool, quietly.

Great experience

We had a great time staying in our apartment. It obviously needs a lot of updating but nevertheless it is a very nice place. It has everything you need, from pots and pans to beach chairs and umbrellas. You name it it's there. Sewing kit, light bulbs, cooking spices, puzzels, etc. Renting from Craig was very easy and I definitely recommend it! Thank you for a great experience!

Great Vacation

We recently traveled, with our six and nine year old children, about a 30 minute drive from downtown Naples, five minute drive to South Beach which has easier access eight dollar parking lots of dolphins and wildlife ! convenient laundry card located on floor… spacious… and most of all you cannot beat the view!! Million dollar view!! We enjoyed ourselves and we hope you do too

Nurses Getaway

The condo was beautiful. Stocked with everything. The view is beautiful. The pool is amazing.. Everything you need is there for you. Everyone is very helpful. There are a lot of great restaurants on Marco Island, along with some great shops.
