Great place!

Amazing view of water, very clean, has everything you'd need from cooking utensils to beach items. Love the location on south beach - very quiet part of the island, but still close to a lot of shopping and restaurants.

Great location! Beautiful apartment! Right on the beach! Very well equipped! Beach chairs and beach towels supplied! A reasonable price charged! Host quick to assist with any small problem! Everyone very friendly and helpful!! Would totally recommend. (the beds could have been less hard!!)

Nicely furnished and decorated. Not use to using keys to get everywhere on the property, but we got used to it. They also have beach towels, chairs and umbrellas and a cooler to use, which was very helpful.

The maintenance staff was very helpful and did a fine job when we needed them. Some work needs to be done on squeaking sliding doors. Just a matter of the owner caring. New kitchen was nice. Rooms were small. Harborview office hard to find even with the address difficult to see there sign.

Our condo was clean, well furnished + ready for us upon arrival. Office staff folks were super nice + helpful. I would definitely return next year for our winter escape from MN.

It's stocked with everything needed for the beach including a cart, 6 chairs, 3 umbrellas, noodles, and beach towels. The sunset views from the beach and the 11th floor balcony are absolutely stunning. The facility also has a nice pool and hot tub as well as a nice shower area when coming in from the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
