  • A boaters vacation, with a dock and direct access to Marco River and the Gulf of Mexico. Bring your own boat or rent one while you're here.

    Newly renovated kitchen and all new furnishings throughout make this charming and cozy 2 bed and 2 bathroom home on a quiet street the perfect vacation.

    After a day on the water, stream your favorite shows or movies on any of the three large screens or listen to music or podcasts on the Sonos One.

    The master bedroom has french doors leading to the pool / lanai with a barbecue grill and seating around the pool and dining area. Beaches and restaurants are all minutes away.

Wonderful Stay in a Perfect Location

Our stay was great! The house had everything we needed and more. The location was perfect—just a short distance from the beach and all the local restaurants. We truly enjoyed staying here. The host was very attentive, always available, and made sure we could reach out if we needed anything. We would definitely recommend staying here!

Great place!

This was a wonderful property. The location was great, it was very clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The decor was very nice and the outdoor space/pool was perfect. This was one of the best places we’ve had and would love to stay again if it ever works out.

Beautiful remolded home ! We enjoyed the house very much making our stay in Marco fantastic. We felt right at home enjoying the docks and pool. Loved the location making it easy to explore the island. The home owner was very responsive and kind, we will certainly stay at the house again!

Great house, and owner is super nice

The house is all you could ask for, has a pool, has a dock to fish off of if you want, can rent a golf cart and cruise around. Very relaxing area. David the owner was always a quick to respond and really nice.

Fantastic!

We just left and this property is fantastic! They owners were very communicative and great to deal with. We dealt with some remnants of hurricane Helene and they were so responsive and helpful. We loved staying there and would absolutely come back! The pool was great and the views were beautiful. I would definitely recommend this vacation rental to anyone looking on Marco Island!

Amazing and relaxing of weekend

This place was just what we needed for a long weekend away. It is so peaceful here. The pool and house are pristine. Short drive to beautiful beaches where parking is minimal costs. House has all the amenities you could want, bikes, floats, pool towels and coolers. We can’t wait to come back for another perfect getaway.

Fantastic property

Overall, this was a very enjoyable experience. The property was exactly as listed, the owner was easily accessible, had detailed instructions and he was responsive to my questions. The neighborhood was quiet, the entire property was well maintained and the checkin process was simple.

This home was perfect for our family of three and exactly what we were looking for. The location was quiet, the house was nicely appointed, and the patio/pool area was perfect. The home was very clean and had the kitchen items you would expect and need. Also had a nice grill and all the supplies necessary. We would definitely stay here again for future trips.

We highly recommend this property. Everything was wonderful. The communication with the property owner was exceptional. This home is located in a quiet area and the home was cute, clean and suited my husband and I well for our trip. We would not hesitate to rent this home again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Beautiful stay on Marco Island

We had a great vacation! The house was perfect for our family of four. We stayed mid-March and were able to use the pool everyday, because it gets the afternoon sun. We saw dolphins and plenty of waterfowl right off the dock. About a 10 minute drive to stores, restaurants, and public beach access. We would definitely consider staying here again!

Amazing long weekend!

We stayed here for a few nights to celebrate my 40th birthday. House was clean and comfortable. Every detail thought of. We docked a boat for the weekend. Pool heated. Awesome and wonderful! Will stay here again!

A special home on a fantastic island

This was one of our families most memorable VRBO experiences. We’ve stayed in a number of wonderful spots both here in the US and also in Europe, but this home and the host made this house truly special. The home was very clean, and well appointed. We woke up one morning to dolphins feeding off of the private dock! The host was also very communicative and extremely helpful with the house and surrounding areas. I would suggest this spot to anyone who is looking for a special home in a beautiful corner of the world.

Great vacation

House was a perfect size,with the patio doors that opened all the way up the house felt significantly larger. The canal was so nice, we saw 2 dolphins one morning. The house was very clean. Beds were clean and freshly laundered without having a over powering fragrance. We would love to come back!
