the property was beautiful, the service provided by vacasa was horrid. there was no working internet on the property and as many times as I messages about their service I was told to wait until monday. my trip ended sunday morning and while i’m a very understanding person I was very off put by the run-arounds. having to step outside the unit to send messages or take phone calls. no compensation was offered even after I had made multiple attempts to reach out and ask for a solution. very disappointing experience
