We enjoyed a great stay at this house. The location is great, on a quiet court not far from the main areas of restaurants and activities, and close to the nicer grocery on the island for when you need supplies. The house is nice and still has some bits and pieces of older Florida among some of its updates. Most of the furniture is functional, wouldn't say super comfy as is typical in a rental, but it worked for us. The beds were extremely comfortable and one of the highlights. Kitchen is stocked well - could use a few more things like a collander and more glassware outside of the plastic cups provided for outdoors. The outdoor furniture was solid and really nice too. The pool kind of held some warmth - the spa definitely did - but we had a cold week too. The towels provided by the mgmt company could definitely be better - they felt limited (2 bathrooms had no hand towels, 1 wash cloth) and were rather small and low quality, or just needed updated. Between showering, pool and spa you need some towels and even with only 3 of us it felt like we were always trying to swap and find more. Only other issue is having to go to their office for check in/out, which basically only entails picking up a garage door opener. That could easily be left at the house to save time arriving and departing...seems very unnecessary. All in all the property was just as listed, but did not feel like it provided the luxury feeling that was implied by its price - felt overpriced for the space to us.
