So Convenient

Loved our stay. We like going to the beach, so this was the perfect location if you don't want to pay a premium for beachfront properties.

Beautiful

The condo was perfect, nicely stocked kitchen, clean, beds were comfy. Beach chairs, toys, towels and coolers all there to use. Across the street from beach access was perfect! Pool was great. Thank you for sharing your home! Fred and Donna May

Anniversary get away

Easy checkin/checkout Did have to register again on property for parking. Very comfortable with one exception, the primary bed was so soft that my wife ended up on the couch to save her back the last few days of the trip. If that is replaced it definitely enhance a stay.

Great location - short walk to beach.

Great location- 3 minute walk to beach, quiet building, nice new pool area, several restaurants walkable. Unit needs updating, carpet smells musty, ceramic tiles cracked, dated appliances, no propane for bbq, no response from host or condo management when propane requested.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very happy with Seaview # had everything we needed for a beach holiday. We thought that we had read that there would be a beach buggy available but there was none when we stayed. We also had read that a hairdryer would be supplied, this was quickly remedied when i called about its omission. Everything was very clean & in good condition. However, we found the beige sofas to be very musty smelling. We ended up covering them in sheets to sit on. Also, a broom & dustpan would have been very beneficial. A beach vacation always attracts sand, & while we loved the tiled floors & lanai, we would have liked to have given it a sweep every now & then!A great vacation rental for a family of 4.

This location directly across the stree from the South Beach Access is very convenient and lets you be on the beach in minutes.

Quick walk to the beach for beautiful sunsets and morning walks.The air conditioner had a mechanical problem and stopped cooling the condo. Harborview Rentals provided excellent customer service. They answer the phone with helpful customer service people and the property manager was very responsive and we were taken care of within hours. We recommend this unit and any property managed by Harborview Rentals.

To wake up and walk across to the beach ( rather then involving vehicles) was a huge help. We loved all the beach wagons and chairs that were in the condo. Building itself was quiet and well maintained. Overall, would stay again . We had a fantastic trip

It is a great place with an easy 5 minute walk to South Beach. The unit was clean and very comfortable. The condo building and associated areas like the pool, grill area and landscaping are all very well maintained and pleasant to be around. The other guests there were friendly and respectful. The rental group (Harborview Rentals) were also friendly and helpful. We booked again for next year.

It had everything my family needed to enjoy our weeklong stay. Many great restaurants nearby and close to the Everglades for a 10000 Islands boat tour. We enjoyed eating on the spacious lanai. I hope to rent again soon.
