Great place and great location. Loved the outdoor space with a pool hot tub and seating area with TV. Master bedroom was absolutely huge with a fantastic master bathroom. This place is close to everything on the island. I feel like no matter where we were going most places were 7-10 minutes away. Would definitely stay here again.

The pool and hot tub were a hit - it took us a minute to figure out how the heating system worked, but once we did, we were able to use it easily. Highly recommend.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house looked exactly like the pictures. It was well stocked with nearly everything needed on a day to day basis. We loved the lanai and outdoor kitchen!The location was central on the island so only a few minutes to everything we wanted to see/do. Would definitely stay here again. We had one small issue with the YouTube TV subscription (it had expired) and Marco Island Vacation Properties had it resolved very quickly.

Great outdoor space for adults and kids

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a large multigenerational group, so the sleeping arrangements were a bit snug but the remaining space made up for it. I was a bit uncertain that the living area would be big enough, but it was ample. Kitchen was well stocked and well designed. Even the knives were sharp and a sharpener provided. What attracted us to this house was the outdoor space: newer outdoor furniture, a table for eight, a gas fire/coffee table for evenings when the kids were inside, grill, outside mini fridge, sink, etc. Pool was perfect for the kids even though it was small and had a built in table (which they found ways to incorporate into their play). Hot tub was great, and easy to operate. Sand toys and beach chairs were in the garage, as well as an extra fridge. House was clean, furniture was sturdy, in very good condition and well maintained; towels (and beach towels) were great, toiletries were provided to get you started. Management responded to an Internet concern in a timely manner, and replaced some sheets that were pilled. Definitely recommend.

Had a minor issue with the TVs - probably due to bad weather the week before; problem was fixed very quickly! Will plan to rent it again next year.
