  • You won't believe your eyes in this fully renovated southern exposure 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home with huge waterway views. The space has been opened up to create a spacious & elegant living experience centered around large center island and beautiful kitchen with custom granite counter tops. Enjoy the huge lanai with a HEATED pool (salt chlorinated! so no heavy chlorine here!) and plenty of space for everyone to lounge, relax and entertain. You fall in love with the open waterfront with southern facing views and still very close (just 3 min drive) to beautiful Marco Island white sand beaches AND just steps away from Mackle Park with plenty of activities, including a large kid park, water park, walking paths, covered BB court, sand volleyball, soccer fields, shuffleboard & bocce courts and more! There are also 4 Bikes to use plus all your beach equipment including chairs, umbrellas, coolers, carts & toys included.
    **Note: there is no dock, boat or kayak availability at this time**

Very relaxing

What a nice way to slow down and just enjoy your family. The house was equipped with everything we needed and it was extremely close to stores and a quick bike ride to the beach.

Fantastic House

This is our second year staying in this house for a weekend break in Marco Island. The house is excellent, well-equipped, and in a great location. We'll definitely come back next year!

Fabulous Vacation

Thank you so much for a fabulous vacation. We spent lots of time enjoying the pool and outside living. The bikes allowed us to explore the island with out getting in the car. We look forward to staying here again.

Amazing house!

The house is excellent! Very clean, and the description is accurate. The location is very good. The grocery store is 15 min walking and less than 5 in the car. We'll definitely come back in the future.

Perfect Home!

We have stayed in many VRBO homes and this one ranks right at the top of the list. The owners were very quick to respond if I had any questions and the house met all of our needs/expectations. Very nice quiet neighborhood that is close to all amenities. Our favorite restaurants- The Little Bar Restaurant and Snooks Inn. Mangos was a fun and delicious breakfast place! Kudos to the owners for presenting such an amazing home.

Great home; well stocked

Great working with Maria. Super responsive! House was just perfect. Kitchen was well stocked and the linens were plentiful. TV in every room plus outside, so great for the NBA finals. Pool was well maintained and lots of toys, beach gear, games, etc. Beds were comfortable and lots of furniture on the pool deck to catch a comfortable nap outside as well. Definitely would stay here again!

Me & my wife are very pleased of this vacations, the property was incredible, very clean and full of amenities, kitchen full equipped and the beach just 5 minutes, amazing pool and spectacular view, highly recommended, really was a pleasure to rent this property, definitely will be back soon !!!

Our memorial get awsy

Been renting for 4 years love it always great.. the only thing this year was the AC in the house. The bedrooms were very hot. The AC we were not able to adjust it. Otherwise everything was great.

Vacation with family

We rent this property for a family vacation. On the pictures you can see a dock, so we rent a kayak for our stay but when we arrived to the property, the property don't have any dock, the pictures are old. And the dock was one of the reasons why we choose this house instead of others. We loose the money of the kayak and we were sad because it wasn't what we expect and change our plans. But otherwise the house is ok and is a very calm neighborhood.

Highly recommend

1.5 mile easy bike ride to the beach or just enjoy the amazing patio space and pool overlooking the inter coastal waters- you can watch the boats pass by and even see dolphins! Clean, updated and well stocked rental on a quiet street but close to restaurants and grocery. Would definitely rent again.

Owner and Property manager were very communicative and responded immediately to any questions we had. House was amazingly clean and finishes are updated to a beach type feel. Would definitely stay there again.

Marco Island Dream

We recently stayed here and loved it. From the dolphins in the canal to the covered patio for those rainy hours the house was perfect! Property Manager was quick to respond to questions. The only thing we struggled with was how firm the mattresses were. The house itself was amazing!

Great family stay

We really enjoyed our stay! Great house for relaxing, but also perfect location for biking to the beach and restaurants around town. House was well appointed with great outdoor space and it was set up very well with comfortable patio furniture. We really enjoyed our short getaway to Marco Island. Thanks for sharing with us

Love Marco Island

Our stay in Marco Island was perfect. Last time we stayed at the JW Marriott but this time we wanted our own space. This house was the perfect option. Having the 4 bikes was great, since last time we rented them. We biked all over the island. The pool was ideal after a long bike ride. The location of the house was excellent and close to everything we wanted to do. Never really had to contact the owner since we had no issues during our stay. We will surely consider staying here again on our next trip to Marco!

BEST VACATION EVER

Me & my fiancée stayed and it was just so beautiful! Booked this as a surprise for him as an engagement gift for us to celebrate! It was the perfect get away, from riding the bikes in the morning, to fishing! The heated pool was so relaxing and so needed! Thank you for having us! We'll definitely be here again SOON!
