Recién rehecho, condominio elegante playero elegantemente decorado. Sumérgete en la relajación y la tranquilidad desde el momento en que entras. Las vistas al agua dan al puerto deportivo. Disfrute del desayuno mientras observa pasar los botes, delfines y kayaks. Este condominio de un dormitorio y un baño es la escapada perfecta. Ubicado cerca de The Snook, donde puedes disfrutar de algunos de los mejores mariscos en Marco mientras estás en la playa. Beautiful condo with a beautiful view

We had a great time during our stay for the past two weeks. The condo is nicely updated and decorated and has all the essentials. We love the view and the location. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful and Peaceful

Very clean, pretty and lovely condo. Sitting on the lanai watching the boats go by was so peaceful. Any of the residents we encountered were also lovely. Would love to stay again and again.

Perfect quiet getaway

Such a nice condo in a quiet community. Loved having views of the inland’s but still being so close to the beach. Perfect stay and would come back again to visit.

Perfect location in Old Marco, updated unit with very nice, updated finishes. Great water and pool views from screened in balcony. A short walk to Snook Inn, Boardroom Tavern and Cafe De Marco.

We had a great stay this time around a Marco island. The condo was very clean and just as described in the listing. Host was easy to communicate with and we had no issues while we were there.

Weekend getaway

We stayed over the holiday weekend and it was very quiet our entire stay. The views of the river are fantastic from the lanai. The house is stocked great.

I would love to live here

We stay at many vrbo’s and this one was perfectly appointed. Everything you need and very comfortable. The view from the lanai is amazing and the pools are wonderful. Thanks for the Easter gift!

Beautiful Condo

We've stayed on Marco for 15 years and have recently discovered Riverside. My husband and I spend one week at a condo directly on South Beach - but then like to "unwind" from the business at Riverside. The quiet community is perfect to get away from the hustle and bustle - and we even get the pool to ourselves most of the time! LOVE IT!

Relaxing location with beautiful views

This is a really nice apartment. It was a perfect size for me and was well equipped with just about anything I needed during my stay. The view from the lanai of the bay is beautiful and I enjoyed watching all the different boats going past. The pool area is nice and was never over crowded. They are currently doing renovations on the complex so there is some construction noise, but nothing major. This location is nice and quiet and away from the more commercial areas but there are several grocery stores just up the road and some very good restaurants within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again!

Great location and beautiful apt. Wish we could have stayed longer to take advantage of pool and tennis etc. Check in time at 4p with no flexibility disappointing, yet we were asked to do laundry of linens before 10am checkout. Room rate good, but fees way out of line and mandatory insurance unnecessary. Refundable deposit would be more fair especially since we followed all rules.

Beautiful condo and view!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo was nice updated and tastefully decorated. The kitchen well appointed. We only had 4 nights, but could have stayed longer. The balcony overlooking the pool and water was a nice spot to sit and relax. We also enjoyed the pool itself. The building is quite expansive and undergoing painting of the outside. This condo in located in the part of the building that had already been painted and looked great. It was our first time on Marco Is. But not the last!

Disappointing

There was construction taking place during our stay. It was loud to the point that we couldn’t sit outside on the deck. We were locked out of the gate the first day. The key fob was not in the room but it was dropped off later that day. We did like the location, on the island and the place was clean.

Beautiful area bad timing

The condo building we were in was in the middle of a very active loud renovation. There were areas blocked off and loud construction from 8am to 5:30 everyday. My issue is they should have let us know.

Nice place, bad timing

The unit was very nice and we had no issues with it. However, the complex was undergoing a major exterior renovation and painting. Dozens of workman were everywhere, all the time. Also the pool was closed. We did get a partial refund because of this, but it would have been nice to know ahead of time, especially since I called the property manager after Ian came through to get an idea of any issues that would effect our stay and was told everything was good.

Wonderful Vacation Rental

My recent stay at this VRBO Marco Island rental was absolutely fantastic! The home was clean, spacious, and filled with all the amenities I needed to feel comfortable during my vacation. The location was also ideal, as it was close to many local attractions, restaurants, and shops, but still secluded enough to provide the peace and quiet I desired. The realtor was extremely helpful, providing me with clear instructions on how to check in and making sure that I had everything I needed for a fantastic stay. The attention to detail was remarkable, and I appreciated the thoughtful touches throughout the rental, such as extra blankets and pillows, and a well-stocked kitchen with all the cooking utensils necessary to prepare a home-cooked meal. The outdoor space was also a great feature of this rental, with a nice balcony that offered sweeping views of the surrounding area. I enjoyed sipping my morning coffee while overlooking the breathtaking scenery. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at this VRBO rental, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient vacation rental. The staff were friendly, helpful, and attentive, and the rental itself exceeded my expectations in every way. I can't wait to come back and stay again!
