Fun in Marco

House was great and perfect for our family of 5! Loved the bikes they had on loan, we used them on the bike path conveniently located right behind the house and to ride to the beach as well! House was stocked with everything you needed for a relaxing week on Marco!

This house is in a great location. It has everything you will need & is new. It has a pool heater and spa & backs up to a waking trail. Will definitely stay here again!!

Green pool

We arrived to find the pool green, when I called the management office to communicate the condition of the pool the person in the office by the name of Pam, responded with, ‘are you sure? I was just there, and it looked perfect.’ Well, it took me sending various photos to give her perspective on the condition of the pool. This was on Saturday, prior to the 4th of July. We were supposed to check in on Friday and were unable to do so. So not to bore you, we got to use the pool on Tuesday, 5 days later, terrible for teenagers who were hoping to enjoy the pool. Thanks to a concerned person by the name of Phil, the pool guy, who came two times to take care of the situation. However, in order to clean the pool, he had to shock the water, meaning, we were not able to use it. To our surprise, there were no apologies. We rented a house with a pool and got a green pool. Do yourself a favor, rent from other management companies in Marco. There are many others. As you can see, I have given them two weeks to reach out and extend a discount or even an apology and none has been given. The home is okay, many others are better.

Beautiful Property, Pool is easy once you know how

The house was very clean and tidy. My family and I were very impressed. Plenty of space for a family of 6. Close to beach but only walkable for the dedicated. The beach toys were good, would have been nice to have a picture of what was available as I packed mostly the same and could have used the space. The pool was nice however the documentation on controlling the pool was terrible. My wife and I in the master struggled for sleep for several days as the filter droned over night. Good instructions from the pool man "Never touch the black dial (No need to turn it one click anti-clockwise), it is overridden by the spa control on the spool deck, one click is on, next click is jets 1, next click is jets 2, next click is off. During the day should be pool mode, left 'off' pointed between 3 and 6 on a clock, front 'off ' pointed at 9, for Spa mode left 'off' pointed at 3, front 'off' pointed at 3". These instructions were only provided when we luckily had a "No Flow" issue which needed a visit to clean the filter and we asked about the Filter being on all the time. I tried reaching the owner on the Filter but only got a generic everything is on a timer message, not helpful or caring. HarborView who manage the property were awesome, only time I called for assistance they had a pool guy onsite in less than one hour.

Beautiful house. Very clean.

This is a beautiful home. It is very clean and has a good supply of kitchen/bathroom essentials. The only downside was the pool instructions were hard to follow and pool maintenance showed up while we were in the pool and told us if they cleaned it wed have to be out of the water for several hours. Thought the communication about that should have been better. Management responded quickly to things and were easy to work with. We will definitely recommend this property to others.

Beautiful home

This home is beautiful, brand new, and exactly as pictured. It’s close to everything on Marco. We really enjoyed our time there. You do have to pick up and drop off keys to the rental company, which is a few minute drive. They also only give you 1 trash bag, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and one roll paper towels. Everything else is stocked as far as the kitchen and house go. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

Marco vacation

Was in a great location!! Easy to get to the bike path that lead to the park we visited everyday. Our kids loved the pool. We will be sure to visit again.

Quick getaway

We decided on very short notice to head to Florida for a 2 week winter getaway. Luckily this brand new property listing popped up and we were able to book it. Really great house and the owners provided lots of extras to make our stay comfortable. Good location near racquet club, farmers market, beaches and restaurants. Loved our stay!
