Completely remodeled in November 2022, our condo offers a fresh, bright, coastal-inspired interior with beautiful finishes, comfortable furnishings, and thoughtful touches throughout. Everything was replaced during the renovation, from the appliances and kitchenware to the king-size bed, televisions, and coastal artwork.

We take tremendous pride in providing a beautiful, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained vacation home. In addition to regular professional cleaning, we invest in a comprehensive annual deep cleaning to ensure our condo remains in excellent condition.

* A vacuum cleaner, iron, and full-size ironing board are also provided.

BATHROOM — Thoughtful Essentials
* We provide a hair dryer, Bath & Body Works soaps, and a starter supply of toilet paper. Just bring your favorite personal toiletries and, of course, plenty of sunscreen!

BEACH DAYS MADE EASY!
No need to pack bulky beach equipment! We provide complimentary access to our beach closet, stocked with essentials to help you enjoy your time on Marco Island’s beautiful white sandy beach.

Coin- and credit-card-operated washers and dryers are located just down the hallway. Laundry detergent is often available for guest use, although availability cannot be guaranteed.

* Our charming 505-square-foot condo is thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate a maximum of two adults.
* It’s a cozy, beautifully updated beachfront retreat, ideal for couples who appreciate comfort, quality, and an exceptional location.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION BEFORE BOOKING
We believe in providing clear and accurate information so our guests can book with confidence and enjoy a smooth, stress-free vacation.

PARKING:
* The Apollo offers a gated parking lot with one assigned, covered parking space per condo.
* Parking fee: $45 per stay, payable by credit card only.
* Refundable parking-pass deposit: $75, collected by the condominium association.
* The parking pass activates the entrance and exit gates.
* The association refunds the deposit after the pass has been returned.

KEY PICKUP & RETURN
Keys are picked up and returned at a convenient location on South Collier Boulevard, approximately half a mile from the Apollo and along your route to the condo.

EARLY ARRIVALS & LATE DEPARTURES
* Standard check-in and check-out times are strictly observed.
* Early arrivals or late departures are not guaranteed and must be arranged and approved in advance.
* When availability permits, we may accommodate a maximum of two additional hours for a flat fee of $100.

REFUNDABLE SECURITY HOLD
* A temporary $500 authorization hold will be placed on your credit card. This is not an immediate charge.
* The hold is intended to cover expenses not covered by insurance, including excessive cleaning, additional laundry, dishes left unwashed, lost keys, locksmith services, unauthorized late departures, or shipping forgotten belongings.
* The hold is released following your stay, provided there are no applicable charges.

APOLLO HOA PRE-REGISTRATION
* The Apollo Condominium Association requires all vacation guests to complete an online pre-registration form at least 48 hours before arrival.
* We will provide the registration link and instructions before your stay.

SEA TURTLE NESTING SEASON — MAY 1 THROUGH OCTOBER 31
* Marco Island is a special nesting destination for endangered sea turtles, and protecting them is important to our community.
* During turtle nesting season, guests must turn off balcony lights and close the condo’s window coverings from 8:45 PM until 7:00 AM.
* Failure to comply may result in significant fines imposed by the appropriate authorities. Guests are responsible for fines resulting from their noncompliance.

TRAVEL INSURANCE — STRONGLY RECOMMENDED
* We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance when booking their vacation.
* Unexpected illnesses, family emergencies, travel interruptions, severe weather, and other unforeseen circumstances can affect even the best-planned vacations.
* Travel insurance may help protect your vacation investment, depending on the policy purchased. Please review your chosen provider’s coverage, exclusions, and purchase deadlines carefully.

CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE
* A 3% processing fee applies to credit card charges.
