Convenient to beach and shops

Accommodations were beautiful and convenient. Only suggestion is to give more clarity with the written parking location directions.

Family vacation with Grandfather and daughters

Great location for restaurants, walking and shopping. Still requires a drive to the beach.. mainly South Marco beach access. We enjoyed the restaurants and location; the pool has some shading issues during the day based on the close condos.. but we made it work since there were not that many people there. We are normally in Naples but were happy to experience Marco.

Esplanade Stay

Condo was large and had plenty of space. Furnishings were fine - some pieces need replacing or updating (patio cushions, appliances). Needed to contact mgt for garbage bags and there was no laundry soap as stated. Loved the location.

Beautiful unit. Well maintained and convenient.

We stayed in this unit for two weeks. The place was exceptional and well maintained. We loved the location in the beautiful bay. It is a great place for walking and many restaurants in the area. There is a problem with red tide right now because of the record warmth. We were not comfortable going to the beach which is no reflection on the rental. I would highly recommend this unit.

The Condo was exactly as described and well located to the best restaurants, shopping, etc. Everything is very walkable.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo is very spacious and we loved the large patio area. The location is conveniently located to many shops and restaurants. So much to do and eat in walking distance. The rooms were very spacious and everything was clean and neat. The convenience of having a washer and dryer was awesome. We also enjoyed the beach equipment that was provided. The only negatives were that it would have been nice for the unite to have a bit more of a beach vibe and maybe some sugar for coffee. We also have small kids with us, so I had to comb through the place and hide a lot of fragile art items and tie some cupboards with fragile dinner plates shut.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This unit is located in a great part of Marco Island, not far from shops and restaurants. I messaged the staff and within 30 minutes they were knocking at more door helping with the issue. There were plenty of beach towels, but could use a new beach wagon and beach chairs, as they were rusty, but still worked. Great experience and would highly recommend this unit to others.

Our Easter week vacation on Marco Island, FL

We had a beautiful vacation - you can’t do better than Marco Island. There are so many things to do, such amazing weather & so relaxing if you just want some quiet time. Our rental agency, Marco Island Vacation Properties, was staffed with friendly helpful people. Our condo was beautiful & clean & fully equipped. We can’t wait to visit Marco Island again.

January 2022 Stay

We had a great stay at the Esplanade. The condo was spacious with lots of room for everyone to spread out and ample seating. The deck is incredible. We loved having our coffee out there in the morning and hanging out on the deck in the evening people watching. Live music below at CJ's on Thursday was the only "loud" night but it wasn't bothersome but fun. The kitchen and bedrooms were very well appointed and we really didn't need anything other than the standard rental needs you might replenish like toilet paper and laundry detergent. The kitchen could use a new coffee maker but clearly that's a minor thing. The beds were comfortable. And the location was lovely! So close to dining and shopping and a quick drive to the beaches of Marco 💞
