Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo has the best of what Marco Island has to offer - newly updated, tastefully decorated, clean and well appointed 11th floor condo with great amenities in the Cape Marco complex at the desirable south end of the island. The view from the spacious lanai is extraordinary - sunsets, sea life and a constant parade of boats throughout the day - all coupled with the soothing background sound of the surf! Access to the pool area and private beach is very convenient, with just a short walk to the public beach. Surprisingly quiet unit, as well. Minor issues that arose during our stay were promptly addressed by the property manager and owner. Third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle and is on the small side.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The folks at Marco Island Vacation Rentals could not have been more professional or customer service oriented. The property we originally booked was as In the condition as listed but had a few unforeseen issues when we arrived. MIVR did everything they could rectify these issues on a Friday evening/Saturday morning but in the end found it best to relocate us to another property in the building. The paperwork alone took hours and they had to deal with the owners of both units. However, they were able to make our transition to a new unit a smooth one, and upgrade successfully by noon on Saturday. I would highly recommend them to make your vacation in Paradise a memorable one. Simply outstanding customer service. The same was true with the managers at the Merida building, Wendy and Carmel, who are consummate professionals and work well with MIVR. I will never forget this trip and how quickly everyone responded to make it the best stay my family has ever had on Marco Island. Would highly recommend Marco Island Vacation Rentals.

Amazing Condo with a beautiful view

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was so perfect! It was totally renovated and well stocked with all the necessities to cook and also enjoy the beach. Every morning and throughout the day we would sit on the balcony and enjoy the views. We couldn't get enough of the dolphins, birds, boats and sunsets ! Absolutely spectacular!! We can't wait to go back next year

Paradise on the 11th Floor

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful condo. Our favorite part was the balcony overlooking the water. It is so relaxing! We loved the sound of crashing waves, and watching the boats, fishermen, dolphins, daybreak and sunset. The condo was recently remodeled, very clean and well stocked. The storage space in the condo is amazing. The beds and furniture are comfortable. The pool area is very nice. It overlooks the ocean and is sunny all day long. If you prefer the beach, it is an easy 8-10 min walk. There was a nice beach wagon and four chairs, but no beach umbrella. There were a couple of building and AC inspections that took place during our stay, but the property manager was good at communicating with us and letting us know ahead of time. My only word of caution is during our 5 week stay the building lost power twice and once the fire alarm went off so each time the only way up or down was to walk 11 flights of stairs. It was not a problem for us, but may be for some.
