    Our condo is everything you have a right to expect for your vacation in Paradise.
    This condo is located next to an end unit on the 12th floor. It has a breathtaking view.

    The updated kitchen is fully equipped.

    Both the master bedroom and living room have sliders that open to the private lanai, where you can enjoy any or every meal, relax, read, watch the dolphins play, and watch the sun set. It is a sight you will not soon forget.

    What you can expect is 2 full bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen, T.V.'s in each bedroom, free wifi, beach chairs, beach towels, and a front-load washer/dryer in the condo. The condo is tiled throughout.

    Imagine falling asleep to the sound of waves on a comfortable king mattress in our master bedroom. This room also includes a large walk-in closet. The guest bedroom has two twin beds, and the living room's sofa bed opens into a queen-size mattress.

    You can't get any closer to the beach. White sand and blue water make for a great escape and a much-needed relaxing vacation!

Sunset views and comfortable bed

Very nice condo with a super comfortable bed and stunning views. Plenty of amenities and a washer and dryer made it a great stay.

Super comfortable balcony furniture, which is where we spent most of our non- beach time. Updated kitchen and showers plus great dishwasher, washer and dryer all made living nice and easy. New beach chairs and handy cart. We've stayed at Seawinds several times and would be glad to come back to this unit.Host was very responsive to all questions.

Great stay on the Beach

Everything was perfect for our week with sleeping accommodations for four adults, kitchen well stocked and beach accessories! Host communicated quickly and clearly. Great stay!

Excellent accommodations!

Our stay was excellent! Great oceanfront room! Enjoyed the beach towels, chairs, umbrellas and cooler. Everything we needed to make our stay comfortable was provided. We will be back!

Beautiful location. Every kitchen essential you would ever need. Communication & check-in process with owner/manager couldn’t have been better. Beach wagon was great to have as well as the beach umbrellas. Would stay here again.

Manager was so responsive and helpful! Property is perfect location on the beach and close to amenities on Collier. House has two beach umbrellas, wagon, beach toys and chairs which were so nice to have. Pool and pickle ball areas were both very nice. Great stay.

Great stay!

Patty was the most attentive host we’ve ever had! The condo was clean and as advertised. Right on the beach and many Marco island shops and restaurants were easily accessible from the condo. Will definitely be back!

Great St Marco stay

Condo was clean and furnished very nicely. Liked the full size washer and dryer. Had everything we needed for the pool and the beach. Highly recommend.

This condo was our first VRBO experience and was excellent. The condo was clean, well equipped and very convenient to the beach. The unit includes upgraded kitchen and LR furniture and two comfortable bedrooms. The kitchen had high end Whirlpool appliances, as well as a very nice LG washer/dryer. The furniture on the balcony was high end and very comfortable, with amazing views of the water and sunsets. The condo complex includes a very nice pool and hot tub. There are also very good Tommy Bahama beach chairs, umbrella, and beach wagon to carry your stuff to the water. The owner's communication was excellent before and during the stay. Highly recommend the property for your Marco Island vacation.

Property was exactly as listed. Very clean, anything we needed was on hand including beach towels, chairs and umbrellas. Great location on south end, near restaurants, bars and shopping. Patricia was super easy to deal with, any questions were answered really fast, with helpful answers. Was our 2nd time at this unit, if we come again would definitely look into same place.

Front row seats to beautiful sunsets!

The condo was fantastic and had everything you will need for a comfortable stay. Marco Island is very pretty and well maintained. Really good and unique restaurants. The owner was great to work with and we actually got to meet her while we were there. We will definitely be returning and will be sure to book this same condo. You will not regret renting this unit. Front row seats to the most wonderful sunsets.

Sunset Paradise

The condo was very comfortable and clean for my husband and I. The unbelievable views from the 12th floor balcony were superb. We enjoyed the sunsets each night on the beach, but mostly from the balcony itself. The host was spectacular and very accommodating. The condo was walking distance to shops and restaurants. The walks on the beach were awesome. This is a place to relax... You will not be disappointed renting here.

Great Getaway

We couldn’t have been happier with our acclimations or the property. The condo was spotless. The view was incredible. The prettiest sunsets we have ever seen! The property was equally pristine. Patti was super to work with too. My wife and I agreed that it wa the best trip we have ever taken! I highly recommend it!

Wonderful stay

This condo was lovely and the view of ocean is incredible. Had everything we needed including everything for the beach including beach chairs, umbrellas, cooler and toys for the kids. Good internet access. Well maintained building includes a lovely pool. Patty the owner was easy to deal with and very responsive. Very close to restaurants including the outstanding Fin Bistro. We look forward to another visit.

Great Condo

The condo was just as advertised. Everything was clean and in working order. The view from the balcony was beautiful. We had a question for Patty when we arrived and she responded very quickly and was a pleasure to work with. The condo comes with beach chairs, umbrellas and a beach cart. The building has a real nice pool and hot tub. We had a great vacation on the beach and would highly recommend this condo.
