This home is beautiful! The pictures don't do it justice. Wonderful open flow with lanai and pool. Lovely master suite with huge bath. Situated right on the canal - we saw several dolphins playing right next to the dock! Everything was clean, well stocked, and any issues were responded to immediately. Highly recommend!

We loved this house!

My giant family all came to Marco Island for a wedding, and I do think our rental house was the best. We didn't have a car but were able to walk or use the provided bikes to go to the 7/11, restaurants, or the beach. We also were able to get Ubers when needed. We were so grateful to have had a ton of supplies for the beach and beach towels. The house was clean, spacious and comfortable. We used the grill for a cookout, and the pool was amazing. We loved hanging out outside of the house and were even able to do so quietly at night.

Great vacation stay with family

We enjoyed this spacious home for our family including our adult children and grandchildren. The two master suites were very helpful and the beds and bedsheets were very comfortable. There was wonderful outdoor areas and plenty of sitting room. Enjoyed eating our meals at the large dining table and in the evenings we enjoyed playing board games at the table. The location was walkable to the beach and great location to amenities. We appreciated the wagons and beach chairs. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Excellent property and convenient location

This property was great for hosting a family beach trip for six adults and two kids. The house was very spacious and clean. Having a garage full of beach accessories (e.g., chairs, wagons, etc.) made it much easier than having to bring/rent your own. The house was an easy (and quick) bike ride to the beach, directly down the street from a public beach access. The beds and linens were comfortable and the kitchen was well-stocked with cooking and dining items. We would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful clean home and great pool

We take an annual trip 5 woman total together to relax and reset. We loved this house it was better then we expected the automatic shades were great and each bed has a lift. The salt pool was fantastic especially in August. Nice being right on the canal with sky views. Was close to shops, restaurants and the beach. The beach was too hot for us though in august but it was beautiful we went to the south end access point and parked in the public lot. The only issue I had was with the controlled temperature in the house and we reached out to the management and they responded but not much changed. It was too warm at night and cold at weird times. But still comfortable enough. Marco Island itself didn’t have too much to do and Naples was farther then we realized but we did find an amazing spa purely you, excellent steak house prime and a cute ice cream and candy shop Annie’s right in Marco Island. This house was super clean and had enough space for all of us the bedrooms were very nice and we all loved the artwork and furniture was very comfortable new and clean. We would definitely stay here again!! We absolutely loved this house especially the pool. Thank you so much!!

What a great week!

Our family of 12, including 5 small children ages 4 months to 5 years, enjoyed this house very much. The pool was especially nice for small children, while having some deeper water (5 feet) for the adults. There was a good sized shelf that was shallow and step down into the water and a nice umbrella to provide shade for us pale, Ohio folks. Another great feature of the house was the very well stocked kitchen. There were plenty of plates, utensils, pots, pans, bowls, sharp knives, three ovens and other very nice, well working appliances. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The outdoor seating area was functional and we used it quite a bit and were surprised to not be completely eaten up by mosquitos. The casita was a great place for the family patriarch to go for a bit of time away from the chaos and was also clean and had a separate washer and dryer and kitchen. If you are looking at staying at this property, know that the 4 bicycles are adult bicycles in great condition. There are also many beach chairs and a nice beach wagon. The property is not walkable to a beach, so you’ll either need to drive or ride bikes (a hot proposition in the summertime), but we made it work! Even though it wasn’t close to the beach, our family has already talked about a return trip!

Beautiful vacation

Beautiful property located on a quaint canal in Marco Island. We truly enjoyed our stay. It was very comfortable for three couples and our six month old baby we would definitely come back again!!!!

Excellent Home, Excellent Location

We had the most wonderful time staying at this property. We immediately felt at home. It was clean and really great for kids. It was walking distance to the beach which made it super convenient as well! Plenty of space for everyone! Lots of closet space as well. We will definitely book this property again.

Perfect Home

What a perfect place to stay. The open floor plan and outside area felt like one continuous room - which we loved! Home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Shower water pressure was incredible! Would definitely stay here again.

Great stay

We had a great vacation staying at the house! This house was beautifully furnished, had everything we needed for our vacation, including beach chairs and towels, coolers, bikes, and beach carts. I loved the outdoor living area, it was protected from the heat in the shade, and I was able to sit outside there even the couple evenings when it rained. My college aged daughter loved having the second suite all to herself, it has beautiful canal views and a king sized bed. Plenty of room for my family of five to spread out on all the couches and relax. I loved the beautiful tile floors in the bathrooms/laundry room, would love to have these colors in my own property. Since it was summer, we couldn’t open all the sliding doors to the outside, but it would be wonderful to be here at a cooler time of year to do this. Overall a great experience and we would highly recommend this home.

Beautiful home in a perfect location on marco

Our family of adults and teens loved the location and the cozy home we stayed in for a week in early February. The dock was perfect to use and have our boat we rented for the week right there with us. The home had everything we needed and the bikes were a bonus! We biked around everywhere and explored so much more by bike than we would have walking or by car, Even dinner every night since the location to everything is perfrct. Check in and check out were simple and easy!!! We hope to return soon
