We stayed at this condo in Marco Island to celebrate my husband’s 40th birthday, and it was absolutely perfect. The location couldn’t have been better—nice and quiet, yet close to everything we wanted to do. We loved the back patio with its beautiful water view. Sitting out there with a drink was one of our favorite parts of the trip.We spent a lot of time at the Pelican Bar (right off the pier from the condo) enjoying beers while overlooking the ocean, and we also walked into town and over to the Snook Inn with ease. Being able to walk everywhere was such a bonus.The pool was great, the condo was comfortable, and the whole experience felt relaxed and special. It truly was the perfect spot for a milestone birthday trip. We would absolutely stay here again!

What an amazing trip! Eloise, our host, was wonderful and easy to get ahold of with questions. There were so many “extras” at the condo that made our trip even more enjoyable! It was clean, well stocked, wonderful view, comfy and homey!!We absolutely LOVE Riverside and have been coming for 5 years now! We love the views, the location, the pool area and the people! Such a wonderful place!!

We will definitely come back!

The property was nicer than expected and is located in a great area! We were use to staying closer to the ocean, on Collier Ave, but this was a sweet surprise for my wife and I. We walked to restaurants for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And enjoyed the scenery, pool, and boat dock while on premises. Very impressive!

Riverside Fun

This is a friendly community with beautiful pool areas on the water. The recent exterior painting and lanai renovations give the entire community a fresh look. Our host was quickly responsive to any questions. We had a pleasant stay.

Attention to detail and guest comfort

Eloise put so much effort into creating a comfortable and homey space for guests on Marco Island. The home is well-stocked and beyond clean. Our favorite spot was the screened lanai that overlooks the pool and water. The location was awesome too. It was great for walking, like to Snook Inn or along the paved path. It was close to the bridge, making it an easy drive into Naples. It was also incredibly quiet, and the bed and pull-out sofa were comfortable, so we slept great! So many awesome restaurants nearby, as well as a grocery store and a CVS. If you’re looking for a quiet and comfortable stay, this is a great choice. Eloise, the owner, was easy to communicate with before and during our stay. We will cherish the memories we made on Marco Island and in the beautiful surrounding areas!

Great Break

This was a Great Place for me and my wife ,loaded with everything that we needed and then some . The location was perfect for us .Rented a boat next door and went around the Island . Pool is right there ,steps and elevator real close .Restaurants you can walk to that are real good . The view from the porch was worth the trip . I can't thank Eloise enough .

elloise is a wonderful host who shares her beautifully decorted condo. the view from her deck is breath taking.The unit is stocked with everything you need and spotlessly clean. we enjoyed walking to the restaurnts and beaches.I hope to return again for a much longer stay

Great Location

My husband and I recently had the pleasure of staying here. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with clear instructions provided in advance. Eloise was helpful and informative. The condo itself was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony/lanai was the perfect spot to enjoy our morning coffee. The building’s pool was well-maintained and easily accessible.The location was also a major plus, with restaurants, shops, and attractions just a short walk or drive away. The neighborhood felt safe and welcoming. We would highly recommend!
