Quiet Oasis in Olde Marco - Walk to the Marina & Restaurants

Located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in historic Olde Marco, this 4-bedroom (two Masters) coastal home provides ample room for the extended family. The open-concept retreat offers both a serene escape for adults, and exciting clubhouse for the kids. As you pull into the two-car driveway, our smiling seahorse "Shelly" (she manages the mailbox) will let you know that you found your island oasis. This bright, sun-filled home is framed by mature palm trees and includes plantation shutter-lined windows and doors for the occasional need for shade. The entry opens to the spacious first floor living area, which includes a centrally located kitchen and family room. Opposite the entry is the rear wall of easy-gliding glass doors presenting your picture-perfect lanai, pool, and dock area (boat not included).

Surrounding the main living area are the three separate bedrooms. The large first floor Master has direct access to the lanai and includes an en suite bathroom with an oversize shower and spa style tub. The two remaining first floor bedrooms sit opposite the Master for extra privacy. These bedrooms share a second full bathroom.

Need to do a bit of work during your stay? A private office is located just off the main entrance, overlooking the garden (high-speed internet is provided)

Thinking of doing some entertaining or cooking? The newly remodeled kitchen is fully stocked, and offers stainless steel appliances, new cabinets and an island with quartz counter tops (everything but the ingredients and recipes you bring). Frozen Margaritas anyone? Try the provided frozen drink machine! If cooking is not in your plans, just grill it!. A Weber grill (propane) is located on the lanai. And if none of that works, walk to the Dolphin Tiki Bar (a local favorite), the famous Snook Inn, Sand Bar, 844, or a host of other Olde Marco favorites.

Need some additional privacy options? Head up to the second level of the home. The upper level provides an oversized family room with an 65 inch 4K TV to watch your favorite streaming services (Apple 4K available - subscription required). On that rare rainy day, movie night is an option! The second Master bedroom is located on the upper level adjacent to the third full bathroom. This private bedroom has a balcony overlooking the lanai and canal. Maybe you can catch a dolphin saying hello with your morning coffee!

Now for adventure options!

From your private dock out back, you might spend the day fishing with the kids using the provided fishing rods. Catch a snapper, snook, or even a shark! If fishing is not your thing, sit out and await the dolphin/manatee/osprey visits, or soak up the sun as others enjoy the screened-in, lanai's oversized heated-pool and spa! After a long day in the sunshine, relax in the heated spa with a glass of wine.

The pool area includes lounge chairs and casual dining sets to enjoy your BBQ and/or pool time. And don't miss the outdoor tv to keep up with the game while enjoying the lanai.

Need more adventure? Grab a bike or kayak from the garage and explore the island on your own, or book an excursion. The home is conveniently located just three short blocks to Rose Marina where you can rent a boat, jetski, book a charter fishing trip, sightsee the 10,000 islands by boat, or even catch a ferry to Key West! Many other eclectic Olde Marco shops and restaurants may also be found within a few minutes walk.

Finally, Tigertail Beach is a 5 minute drive away. Jump on a bike, or pile the provided beach chairs and umbrellas in the collapsible beach caddy and get moving!
