There are two sliders leading out to the balcony with views of the gulf and a washer and dryer in the unit.
Heated swimming pool, cabana with BBQ gas grill, tennis court and bike racks are some of the common features.
Also included are beach chairs, beach cart, beach umbrella, coolers and towels.
One assigned parking space with additional guest parking available.
WiFi and cable TV. Included. A great inexpensive alternative to the JW Marriot which is only a few hundred yards away.
