Beautiful house

We enjoyed entire stay, beautiful home, very nice location, very quiet neighborhood, rental agency answer all question in few minutes, pleasant rental Its was us 23rd visit to Marco Island, I & my wife love the island, beach and neibhood

Stayed here for our wedding vacation

Amazing property - amazing shower for the master bedroom. Pool is a great size and the outpost patio is very spacious. Location is quiet and we would absolutely stay here again!

Great home, great location

This is an immaculate 3 bedroom less than a mile from the beach and great restaurants. Seems to have been remodeled recently, with furnishings and appliances looking like new. Well-stocked kitchen. The property manager - Marco Island Vacation Properties - was great, responding very quickly to a couple of minor issues that we had with the bikes. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Vacation

This past week was our first week in Marco Island, FL, and it was absolutely amazing. This property surpassed all expectations. We had an amazing time, and it was one of the most relaxing vacations we have ever taken. From the dolphins and manatees to the picturesque sunsets from the pool, it was excellent from start to finish. To the owners (and to Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc.,) we say Merci Beaucoup!!!! We greatly appreciate you allowing us to rent this property and we cannot wait to go back!

Great Property but currently with some construction noise near by

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location and house is very nice. Nothing to complaine, exactly as advertised, pristine condition, well maintained. What annoys a bit is that the neighbouring empty spot (1270) is used for loading and unloading construction material between land and sea. So you have heavy noise of moving stuff around by lorries, floating cranes etc from time to time. Some days it is just an hour, some days morning to afternoon with pauses here and there. This devalues the property a bit imho.

Check in process was quick and simple. We were able to use the drop box for after hours check out. The home is very beautiful and the perfect location. My only complaint is that the water in the kitchen did not get very hot. I normally would have done dishes by hand, but the water would not hot enough. The rest of the house was fine, but the kitchen was Luke warm. We enjoyed our stay very much!

The pool area was wonderful! My husband also enjoyed fishing off the dock. We really appreciated the provided beach equipment as well. This was the best rental agency experience we have ever had. They were helpful and responsive through the whole process, even on the weekend. I highly recommend this property as well as Marco Island Vacation Properties, Inc.

Very convenient for kayaking, we could ride our bikes to the beach, in fact most places in town. Happy hour became known as dolphin hour as we watched dolphins from the pier everyday! We will stay here again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property is accurately described and the property management company is fantastic to work with (friendly, helpful and professional). The only reason I gave this rental a 4 star rating is because the pool screen was a bit dirty with bird droppings and there were also a few spiders/spider webs. There were some dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived and the pillows could perhaps be updated depending on personal preference. Otherwise, we had a great time in this beautiful home on Marco Island!

Reviewer Comments: Home had recently been remodeled and was beautiful, tastefully decorated and the kitchen was appropriately stocked with all necessary appliances, cookware and utensils. Great location on the south side of the island in a very nice neighborhood which was close to everything. One small glitch was a thermostat that was quickly rectified with one phone call. If I had to nitpick, the TV in the living room/kitchen was undersized for the space. Home was super clean and the management company is top shelf. 10 out of 10

The location is prime...the house gets the afternoon sun, we occasionally spotted dolphins in the inlet, the neighborhood is quiet and relaxing, and you can walk to the beach and a group of restaurants. The house itself is updated, well appointed and nicely furnished. The pool and lanai area are extremely inviting- we loved hanging out in the pool and sitting on the dock. We also appreciated the reminders from Marco Island Vacation Properties regarding trash pickup and check-in/check-out procedures. We would definitely recommend this property and we hope to return in the future!

Great place to stay but some improvements could be made

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time staying at this home but there are definitely some things that could be improved. The house was clean and had everything needed to cook, swim and go to the beach. This home was located in a pretty good spot... quick drive to the beach and many local restaurants. We had a great time in the pool. The canal location was a little disappointing as it was at the end of canal run so the water was fairly dirty in the canal and not much to see unless you are bringing your boat along. There is construction on the houses on both sides of this place so there is some loud noise during the day and I even got a nail in the tire of the rental car which I suspect was on the road right near the rental. The garage door alarm/auto close of 1 minute needs to be changed as it nearly closed on my car hatch as I was unloading the car and kids which could have caused damage to my rental vehicle. I also thought it was a litte cheap of management to leave only 2 trash bags and 2 laundry detergent packets and still expect you to wash all the sheets and towels upon leaving so you only really get 1 wash of your own clothes/towels unless you buy more detergent... I get that some people may take advantage and take the remaining products but I'm guessing most people that can afford this rental will not be of that mindset. Overall, we had a great time at this rental and loved the location but there are some changes that could be made to make the experience better.

A miscommunication about Check in led us into a house that was not yet serviced by the cleaning crew. A quick call to management and that was resolved along with a gift card to the Oyster Society! Location and the house was perfect. Cant wait till I can book again. Highly recommend

Perfect Stay for a Family of 5!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental is beautiful and has a wonderful location. The house was well-appointed and impeccably clean. The master suite is amazing, and is on one side of the house with the two other bedrooms (perfect for our kids) on the other side. We loved the pool, and we saw dolphins in the canal every day.Of note, the house next door is under construction. The noise did not really bother us because you cannot hear it when inside, but it is audible from the pool.

The layout of he property makes this home ideal for both couples & families. The water / canal views were an added plus as we saw dolphins in the canal. The location of this property is also great as you can walk to the beach or the best restaurants in 15-20 min Safe area of the island.
