Lovely condo.

The condo was great, well stocked kitchen, linens, and clean. Beautiful view. The key situation to get anywhere is cumbersome. It took us several days to figure out what key gets us anywhere in the facility. Pool staff was rude to us when we had a drink near the pool and there is no food at all allowed in the pool area, so we only spent one afternoon there. It didn’t feel like “renters” were welcome. Overall a nice stay in Marco Island.

Great beach retreat!

We met our college-aged daughter here for a break between semesters and what a great location! The beach out front was amazing and much cleaner (less algae) and much less crowded than the resort areas. We were able to easily walk to Tigertail for excellent shelling or go the other direction to have tacos and margaritas at the restaurants at the Marriott. We were able to swim with lots of room to ourselves. The beautiful condo was well equipped and very comfortable for our family with amazing views from the 15th floor. Highly recommend!

Beach vacation

Right on the beach, a long walk to water but great location! Property was clean, well kept and the amenities are all you need for a family beach vacation. They were doing some construction on the adjacent building but it did not disturb us in this unit. Condo has great updated bathrooms and AC worked great when we came back from the beach as it was in the 90s when we visited. We love to sit on the balcony and watch the ocean and this unit has a great balcony and comfortable outdoor furniture. The only negative is the walk to the water but it is very manageable.

Dreams Made on Marco

We loved the condo! It was clean and homey. Lots of great linens, deck furniture and beach gear. The kitchen was pristine! The only issues were the beach chairs and living room couch. All are in need of an upgrade.

What a view

The view from the balcony is amazing. The condo is updated and loaded with extras. Many coolers, Tupperware, coffee filters, beach everything. The bed was comfortable. The only small (very small) negative is the sofa cushions are sagging so not the cost comfortable. Regardless we had a great time

Ideal Choice!

I booked this property on short notice with almost no knowledge about Marco Island (MI). Fortunately, I made a very good decision after learning more about MI. 1. This condo is in a great location for beach access and dining options. NOTE: MI has only 4 public beach access points if you don't have a property on the beach. There is no parking at them. It is NOT an issue with this property but it would have been at houses not on the beach. I didn't know that prior to my visit and it would have been a major dissatisfier for us. 2. This condo was spotless upon arrival. 3. The property in general is well maintained and clean. 4. The property mgr communicated frequently. 5. The multiple keys are a pain in the tail so bring a lanyard. 6. This condo was much more cost effective than the Hilton or Marriott AND it offers more flexibility in terms of having a kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a balcony that is beachfront. Overall, my stay at this condo was ideal. This was a great choice - no issues, no complaints. It could not have been better. Loved it!

Very pretty condo!

The rental company was amazing! We had to reschedule our stay from last year to this year and Cindy was wonderful to work with. And the owners were very understanding that we had to cancel in 2020 due to Covid. They didn't even charge us an extra fee! The view every morning was wonderful. You are right on Tigertail beach. Be sure to rent your own pontoon boat when you stay and visit Keewaydin Island. It was the best part of our trip!

Good location.... clean and bright

We were in the condo just last week. Condo is clean and well stocked for our stay. Pool was used almost every day. Being on the 15 floor we were worried about the use of the elevators, but they ran very quickly. They were replacing doors and windows in other units during the week..... noisy from 8 to 5 every day.... but it has to be done and we knew in advance that the work was ongoing. About the only thing that needs to be addressed is the carpeting in the bedrooms.... it needs to be replaced.... all in all a good stay.

The unit itself was clean, comfortable, beautifully decorated and had a GORGEOUS view.

The condo had everything you need to feel at home. The bed and linens were comfortable, the shower was very nice and the kitchen had everything you need to make a snack or meal. The balcony was very relaxing with a stunning view, however you can't quite see the sunset as it's right around the corner of the building, but still great. There was only one beach towel, but since I was by myself it wasn't an issuue.

The unit 1505 was very clean, beautifully decorated and modern. It must have been updated recently because it was very well done. We saw what they do to update a unit because the unit next door was completely gutted and was being dry walled while we were there. Will keep the address and unit number for later rentals. Thank you!

Marco was wonderful super nice condo!

This condo was well worth the rate. The facility is very secure, very beautifully manicured, the pool area was awesome and quiet. The condo is decked out with very nice furnishings and was very comfortable, has everything you need. The linens were upscale, showers were brand new and had awesome water pressure. Overall it was great. The only items we found lacking were it could have used a few additional pots and pans of larger size, and my fiancé who is 6'5" was uncomfortable in the king bed. He said it seemed to dip on his side. Mine was fine. The beach is a bit of a walk due to the width but it wasn't bad just be prepared when you go. You don't want to make trips back. Marco island was lovely and just the right mix of quiet and fully functional. Many great restaurants, shopping, the shelling was awesome. We visited the zoo in Naples which was great... the island was lush as upscale with beautiful landscaping everywhere. Negative was mosquitos were bad in evenings, and noseeums! We tried to go to the Everglades but the mosquitos ate us alive. We saw it from the car. No joke. They drink deet in their coffee. Loved everything tho. We will return!

Awesome property!

This was our 2nd year staying at South Seas. This 15th floor property was beautiful. Just like home, it had everything you would ever want for a beach vacation. No need to pack, sheets, towels, beach towels, or items for the beach. My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed the condo and the South Seas complex. I highly recommend this unit.

Amazing View

Pros: The condo was recently renovated and is very nice. It is likely one of the nicer units at South Seas. The views are awesome. We had fun shelling and walking on the beach. The pool was very nice as well. We enjoyed our time in the Everglades on the airboat. Also had the chance to go to the Goodland Mullet Festival. What a hoot. Joey's restaurant was excellent. If you're looking for a quiet retreat, this is a great choice. As far as the condo is concerned, 5 stars. Cons: $25 registration fee. The pool rules are over the top and a pool security guard watches your every move. No alcohol, no food, no floats, no jumping, etc. While the condo is ocean front, the beach is very wide at that location. Marco Island is sleepy place. Not a lot to do and limited restaurant choices. A bit too quiet for us.
