great for families

The house was great for our family of 4. Everyone had their own bedroom and the 2 bathrooms made it easier in the mornings. The pool and the hot tube made our stay so much more comfortable The only issue was a couple of cockroaches that we killed. Definitely would stay here again

Wonderful home

This was a new location for us to stay at in Marco Island. The house was wonderful, it was clean, up to date and had a cute pool with hot tub. It was everything we had expected and more. The location was close to the grocery store, a short ride to the beach and close to Goodland where we enjoy a lot of out door dining (Stan’s & Crabby Lady) I would recommend this property.

Wonderful property

We would give 4.5 stars to this gorgeous house! It was absolutely perfect for our family. The rental company is SUPER accommodating. They helped us with the heating of the pool right away and let us a check out a bit later so our kids had one more morning in the pool. The only reason for taking a half star off is because of the sugar ants in the home. We were very good about cleaning up all our food and not leaving anything out as this is our third time to Marco Island and we know sugar ants are a common problem. However, the ants were going into the dishwasher which was quite problematic. I’m not sure how common of a problem this is on the island. Otherwise, excellent stay. Would definitely return

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We stayed in a great house on San Marco. The outdoor area was fabulous! Great location. Very convenient to everything the island offers. We had a small issue with the tv and the property management was very prompt to respond and fix the issue (on a Sunday evening)!

We loved the beautiful pool and hot tub! The house was spotless and had everything we needed! It was easily accessible to Publix, shopping and the beach. I would highly recommend this company!!

My favorite part was the very large pool and jacuzzi under a fully screened lanai. Looked to book for next year but was already full.

February 2023 Stay

Wonderful stay. The large home was perfect for our group of 6. Very clean & well furnished. Comfortable beds. The hot tub & pool were a real hit for relaxing after a great day at the beach. Being close to Goodland was a real benefit too for us seafood lovers...Stan's Idle Hour & Crabby Lady are our favorites. Overall delightful accommodations.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great House very clean, comfy beds, plenty of space, and lots of privacy with yard and fence. Pool was nice and heated, hot tub worked great. Just FYI House is listed with 3 bikes, one is a small kids bike and the other two also slightly larger kids bikes, they are too small for adults. Owner also provided nice cooler for beach and 3 beach chairs. Definitely would stay here again.

Reviewer Comments: This home was perfect.property was well maintained. It was clean and had all the essentials you need. The only compliant I would have is there is no tvs in the two of the bedrooms and with 3teenagers that would have been a plus and also no cable with the tvs you so get which is not a huge deal but watching the football national championship on my phone was a bit disappointing. With that being said there is a huge pool and hot tub to chill in. And room in the yard to play games. There is so much to do in the area there really isn’t much time for tv. Will be staying here again.
