Excellent location

We had a wonderful week at this property. Location was ideal and close to many amenities. We loved the outdoor screened in area; tons of space for our adult children and family. The house has everything we needed.

Amazing Home

This house was perfect for our family and friends. It was very spacious, clean and well stocked. The outside patio was beautiful and very roomy. We enjoyed our stay and would love to rent it again!

Great Marco Island Property

Great home we’ll stocked VRBO. Close to everything we enjoyed the pool and the nice upper deck as well. Excellent safe and clean neighborhood we walked every morning got lucky had perfect weather every day. We would definitely recommend this ho r and book it again.

Great Family Home

The home was great tons of space for everyone, we really enjoyed the location being able to walk to some restaurants etc. hung out a ton in the backyard and enclosed porch area. Would book again for our extended family of 10

Everything was perfect about the stay from checking in to check out property manager kept you informed the house was clean. The pool was warm. Everything was excellent. Great location in a much quieter area. The property does fit the definition of unique.

Marco Island Summer Vacation 2024

We had an excellent time this trip to Marco. We have stayed on the island a number of other times but this property was in the absolute best location. Convenient boating location and short walks to drinks and dinner. The house was perfect. Very spacious and clean. The game/ living room was also a bonus. We will definitely be staying here on our next trip to Marco Island!

House great ..Marco just ok

The house was great. Lots of space inside with a beautifully landscaped back area. We actually fished off the dock area. Tiki bar and pool table also were fun. Although Marco has 3 beautiful public beaches there is minimum parking to access..almos like the town doesnt welcome vacstioners.

Great house for the entire family!

Really cool house! Ample room to sleep a large group with the many beds. Great loft area, backyard, and entertainment area. Awesome rooftop terrace with an unbeatable view. Pool heated to 85+ was so nice! Location close to Collier Bay. Lots of recent upgrades as well. The hosts were terrific and communicated well and were very attentive to any issues. Would stay again in a heartbeat!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was adequately described with the exception of the bathroom locations. 2 of the bathrooms were located within a bedroom suite. The only bathroom readily available for the bedrooms on the second and third floor was in the master bedroom suite. Being a close family of 3 households this was not a huge problem, but an inconvenience. Overall we enjoyed celebrating our 60th wedding anniversary at the house.

There is tons of room and lends itself well to hosting guests if you have many groups visiting for a dinner or general hanging out. The boat dock is nice and is close to get to open water. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Kitchen is well stocked. Walking distance to live music nightly at Olde Marco. Would absolutely rent again.

We loved watching the sunset from the roof top deck. We also love the pool table. The kitchen is well stocked. The property management was also very responsive if we had any questions or issues.

Great location and excellent communication

The location was great. However, I would say the property is set up kind of oddly and not toddler/elderly friendly, as the dining room is recessed, the toilets are very low, and the showers are super slippery. The downstairs bedroom off the kitchen has no real light and runs every hot. The AC was not working but the owner was super responsive. Communication was great throughout our stay.

Some played pool, some Swam in the pool. Evenings watching a movie on the outdoor patio, and mornings drinking coffee on the dock watching the sea turtles manatees and dolphins. The best hidden gem was the deck on top watching the stars. Great place overall!!!

The location was awesome, right on a canal and walking distance to restaurants and bars. The only things that I could criticize would be the bunk bed room is a little too warm and the excessive fees charged by VBRO. 10% booking fee is outrageous. Drop them and advertise by yourself.

The Vernon Place home was lovely- exceptionally clean and spacious- and the owners have supplied everything one would need for an extended stay. the back yard pool area is a true paradise- we would definitely return.
