Location, Location, Location: Location is very important for a Marco Island vacation home. Our Marco Time home is only 4 blocks to the beautiful South Beach entrance so it is very easy to walk or bike to the beach. Be careful of properties that may be close to the beach but are not close to a public beach access. Also, Southern exposure is important, and our pool and lanai has a great Southern exposure.

Outdoor Living: Our home has a large 15 x 30 pool and a fully screened in 1700 square foot Lanai for a great outdoor living space. This will accommodate a good size group without feeling crowded. This is a much larger outdoor living area than most Marco vacation homes and a great place to relax.

Waterfront Location: Our Southern Exposure Waterfront Canal location is a great feature even if you are not into fishing or kayaking. The canal makes for a much more spacious outdoor setting and offers privacy and long views. Kayaks and fishing gear provided in the garage. Relax on the dock and look for dolphins and manatee.
