Great place to stay and many accommodations. Close to the beach and restaurants. Very clean and hostess very responsive and communicative. Would stay again, safe neighborhood and quiet.

The house is gorgeous, has a great location and is very well quipped. We will definitely stay at Kristen’s home again and we will recommend the home to anyone staying in Marco Island. Couldn’t be happier, she was very responsive and no detail was spared.

Great one week stay

The property had a great pool area including a big grill and fire pit. Everything was in great working order and the host was very responsive. Everything needed for a family stay was available - a high chair, comfortable beach chairs, many coolers, beach umbrellas and even a portable cabana and fishing rods! The dock overlying the canal was a very peaceful place to unwind. The only negative is that there were no working locks on the bathrooms or bedrooms. I recommend this property highly.

Our family loved staying here! The house is just the right size, very beautiful, pool and hot tub was wonderful, and Kristen was easy and incredibly responsive right away! We will stay here again!

Great location on the island with super pool and hot tub on the patio with canal view.

Kristen is a great host who is very responsive to anything you need if you don’t find it at the house. We have spent the month of January here for the past three years. House is perfect layout with great pool/lanai area. The location on the island was perfect for us. We always enjoy our stay here!

Terrific home on Marco Island. Great location. The home was in very neat, clean, and comfortable. The setting was terrific with a nice patio view overlooking the pool and the canal. Our host was very nice and attentive. Thanks!

Home away from home!

Beautiful property that has everything a family could need while on vacation! The outdoor area alone could have entertained us all week, but we also enjoyed how centrally located it was to beaches, shopping, and dining. Every restaurant we ate at was delicious, and a visit to Sweet Annie’s ice cream shop was almost a daily occurrence for us. Kristen is an excellent host, and we would 100% stay here again!

Amazing House!

We stayed at the house for the second year in a row. It is immaculately maintained and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. We have been renting vacation homes for 21 years and this one is at the top of our list. The owner is more than accommodating and the her communication is second to none. You can’t go wrong renting this home. Enjoy!

Wonderful host and amazing property, we truly enjoyed our week in Marco Island. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. Our family loved the back yard entertainment area, the pool and spa. Fishing off the dock. We rented a boat for a couple days and enjoyed going to Keeywaydin Island and Tin City Naples. Spent time at the South Beach which is only a 5 min drive, beach was perfect and tons of shells. Such a great trip and so many memories made :)

Amazing Home

This home is an incredible find! A large patio with a beautiful pool & hot tub, a table with a fire as the centerpiece, a large dock, smart TVs….I could go on and on. The owner is incredibly helpful and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful place for us to stay for our vacation!

Perfectly relaxing Marco Island vacation

Everything about this home is perfect. Very convenient to stores, restaurants and the beach. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the pool and all the other outdoor amenities. Overall a great week of vacation!! Thanks Kristen We definitely want to comeback

Wonderful House on Marco Island!

This property was AMAZING! It had everything we could ask for, in the kitchen, outdoors, extra beach equipment including chairs, towels, and 4 bikes! We had a great week with extended family, cooking, swimming, fishing and beaching. Oh, did I mention pickleball courts just a short walk away?! What a great trip! We would surely rent this again if we return to Marco Island.

Amazing Home, Island is remarkable, we wanted a relaxing vacation and it delivered.

The rental process was seamless, the house was amazing. The island has something for everyone, if you’re looking to relax or activities for the kids. Dining was great with many options. The house was simply amazing, the views, the outside area is a great place for the family, swimming during the day and game nights. Would highly recommend.
