Here’s a polished version you can post as a review: Writing The apartment itself was great, but unfortunately the overall experience was ruined by the building management and check-in process. First, the management office is located about four blocks away from the building, which made check-in and any issue resolution inconvenient. The building also has extremely strict rules and requires separate physical keys for almost everything — the pool, lobby, elevator, and apartment. It felt excessive and not guest-friendly at all. The pool area was especially disappointing. There are no umbrellas for shade, the pool closes very early at 8:30 PM, and guests are heavily restricted in what they can do there. Even the lanai blinds must remain down at certain times, to the point where you can barely enjoy the balcony. I understand turtle protection rules, but I’ve stayed at other beachfront condos where simply keeping the lanai lights off was sufficient and much more reasonable. There were also several management mistakes during our stay. We received a parking label warning because the office entered the wrong checkout date in their system the day before departure. On top of that, despite having written confirmation from management approving a 12 PM checkout, staff banged on our door at 11 AM threatening extra fees. Even after explaining that we had approval in writing, the owner came to the door and immediately said we would be charged a fee. The interaction felt rude and unprofessional

905 is a beautiful and comfy condo! Very clean, awesome view, very secure and a really nice property. Huge bonus is the Sunset Grill on the property!

Amazing place to stay!

The property was beautiful and has the best ocean view. Comfortable sleeping arrangement and couldn’t ask for a better place. We will be back again!

Excellent stay in Marco Island!

We thoroughly enjoyed our 3night stay in Marco Island at the Apollo apartment. It is pristine condition and with awesome ocean views. The management company is awesome, and the property very well managed and with excellent location. Would definitely rebook and strongly recommend.

Loved it.

Went for a last minute family get away and loved it. The apartment was clean and smelled fresh. Everything was conveniently close and the building itself was quiet, which helped with relaxation. Being able to walk down to the beach was perfect for what we wanted. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and we felt welcomed from the minute we arrived. Communication was also very easy with the rental company. Would definitely recommend staying here for a family trip to the beach. Definitely going to look into renting for next year!

A piece of Paradise

Condo was very clean, and as described. Views were amazing. Beautiful condo. Tiki bar downstairs was very convenient. The building was being painted, so there was a lot of dust and the pool was partially sealed off. However, that was not such a big deal considering the pool is quite large. Hot tub was great. The only suggestion to the owner is to invest in some new beach chairs

Looked more like a hotel room. Decor needs serious updating. Very limited and sterile.

It was simple. Glorified hotel room. Not worth the money we had to pay. We’ve stayed at 2/3 other condos on this beach. Won’t be renting there again. Definitely didn’t like it was next to public beach access. It served our basic needs though.

What I most liked about our stay is the view from the balcony on the condo. We were on the ninth floor and the view of the gulf was truly spectacular. The sun set right in front of us. We also found some nice shells on the beach. When we arrived our unit was spotlessly clean and the owners had many little touches which were very appreciated. My wife and I are both seniors and appreciated the night lights in the unit. Another plus was the restaurant at the Apollo. The food choices were great and we found many who took advantage of the restaurant there. It was our first visit to Marco Island and it won't be our last.

Marco is amazing. Communication leaves some to be desired. .

Marco is amazing. The views were incredible from the balcony. The facility itself is clean and the front desk very helpful. The condo was clean. To be fair the bed is not very comfortable. When we arrived the toilet was running due to an obviously broken flapper/valve. I messaged the host on Friday and was told they could get someone there Monday. I would say that was an inconvenience having to manually open the toilet lid to flush every single time anyone wanted to use it. For the cost I would’ve expected a quicker fix. That’s the reason for the deduction of a star. Again otherwise stunning views of a gorgeous island!
