“Our stay at the farmhouse was excellent. Our family enjoyed the dinners around the large dining room table and the s’mores at the fire pit one evening. Using the grill was easy; everything needed was there for cooking and cleaning. Grabbed a 1860 book at a nearby Hobart bookstore, enjoyed lunch from the Bakers Grimm in Delhi and dinner another night at a brewery in Cooperstown following an hour drive to the baseball hall of fame. The layout of the farmhouse was nice with the three bedrooms. My...

The property itself is stunning, with a gorgeous view of the mountains that made it a perfect place to relax. The jacuzzi was a great bonus and the perfect way to unwind after a day out. “Had a wonderful time. And the host was easy to communicate with place was very clean. Parking was amazing. Also finding food was very easy. The sightseeing around the area was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better place to stay at use the fire pit to make amazing s’mores for my little one and family, easy check-in and the host respond to your message. Super fast couldn’t ask for anything better.”

“Came to do some hiking with some friends. Central location if you are looking to do the fire towers! House as described, though with an older home, the doors are a little wonky. Kitchen pretty well supplied, could use a pasta pot and regular frying pans (there is a cast iron pan). The crock pot was a plus! Nice Solo Stove out back - we were lucky with the weather and had a nice cocktail hour outside!”

“5/5 stars! The home was darling! Anika and Ahsan were incredibly responsive. The house was well stocked, clean, and filled with attentive amenities for guests to use and enjoy. There was a snowstorm while we were there and someone came early to plow and shovel our pathway. We received a detailed guide for local activities and establishments. Would love to visit again! ”

“very cheap room with horrible bedding that seemed dirty and pillow awful”

“Such a spectacular and unique home- we loved the thoughtful touches placed throughout the house. Beds comfy, kitchen had everything you could need plus more. Easy walking access to great hiking! The front porch is a perfect place to have morning coffee and watch the rabbits!”

“Cute place. Will come back!”

“Very clean. Easy to find. Beautiful view, the deck was perfect for morning coffee. Soft cozy bedding and beautiful updated bathrooms. Wished we could have stayed longer.”

“The host was amazing and was very helpful. He responded as soon as possible every single time I texted him. The property was amazing very spacious, nice and clean. The grill and the fire pit outside was well prepared for the guest. We were there only for one day and had an amazing time. The only problem I had was we didn’t know that one of the room didn’t had AC and in the middle of the night it was too hot that I couldn’t sleep at all. They have fan for that one room but that didn’t help at...
