“What an awesome location. Easy walk to the Eiffel Tower and all kinds of restaurants. Metro stations all around to get you to other landmarks in the city.There were seven of us travelling together and this really met our needs for sleeping spaces and room to relax in the living/dining space.Kitchen and main bathroom are more than adequate and everything seems recently updated. The owner was quick to reply to questions via email and offer up suggestions. Very helpful before and during our stay.”

“Stay was good, great location to Luxembourg park which is beautiful! Property was clean and communication was always prompt. A bit smaller than I thought but it worked great for 3 of us. The only issue was the ac, it’s not the a/c we have in America. It’s fans that you refill with water and have to refreeze ice packs. The upstairs room is too hot to be comfortable during 85 degree weather, and no where else to sit while you open windows and wait for the room to cool off. I slept with windows...

“Great welcome from Patrick and everything perfect in apartment. Beautifully decorated and very comfortable. We slept so well as it’s nice and quiet at night even though the street seems quite busy. “It a great location but the apartment was not at all comfortable. We visited in July and Paris was warm. The bedroom/bathroom is in the basement with no windows or ventilation, only a dehumidifier. The stairs are really just a ladder making it awkward to get luggage down. The ground floor is fine, but with 1 operable window, there was no cross ventilation. “The house was lovely; plenty of room for all 7 of us. Everyone has their own space. Outdoor patio was lovely to sit in for breakfast. Location was great; a short 7 minute walk to the Metro. "La estancia en general fue buena, el hotel es cómodo y el desayuno buffet incluido está bastante bien. Sin embargo, hay un par de detalles que considero importantes de mencionar: • Lavandería: en la descripción aparece como si tuvieran un servicio amplio, y por el tamaño del hotel uno esperaría al menos varias máquinas disponibles. En realidad solo cuentan con una lavadora y una secadora, lo cual resulta insuficiente. Además, algunos huéspedes se quedan ocupando el área durante horas con cargas enormes, lo que vuelve el servicio poco accesible para los demás. • Limpieza y textiles: recomendaría que el hotel prestara mayor atención al estado de las toallas. Llegué a notar un animalito en una de ellas, y sinceramente esto genera desconfianza, ya que con tantos viajeros entrando y saliendo siempre existe la preocupación por ácaros o chinches. En conclusión, el hotel cumple en lo básico y tiene aspectos positivos, pero creo que estos detalles sí deberían revisarse para mejorar la experiencia de los huéspedes."
