“Apartment was ok. It had everything needed, however there were some problems: - Bathroom had very strong smell of mold, and lots of patches of mold both within the shower (including across the shower curtain) and around the wider bathroom area. Unless bathroom door was kept closed, entire apartment would smell strongly of mold - Many of the light fittings and plug sockets didn't work - The door on the dishwasher didn’t fully close therefore meaning water would leak out and it was very noisy -...

“Apartment was perfect. Lively neighborhood loaded with restaurants and easy access to both RER and metro. 5-10 minute walk to both the Louvre and Notre Dame. Food markets nearby which, with the functional kitchen, allowed us to save a little by cooking for ourselves. Our host, Francoise, was responsive and check in was simple. Everything exceeded our expectations.”

El salón acogedor para poder descansar. La decoración es típica de la arquitectura parisina, tanto el edificio como el interior. Centro comerciales, restaurantes y pastelerías en la misma calle. Recomendable para ir en familia y grupo de amigos, la ubicación es perfecta para poder maximizar el tiempo de la visita....

“Melissa provided us with very helpful information on where to eat, nearby pharmacies and grocery stores. The apartment is a short walk to Notre Dame. Air conditioning was appreciated as it was in the 90’s. It’s a great rental for 2 as it’s a studio. It does not have an oven but it didn’t matter to us. ”

It rained during our visit and our sons enjoyed watching the storm in the roof window upstairs. The apartment is also very close to great restaurants, markets, bakeries, and attractions! And we found Samira to be very responsive and kind. ”

“Though it was a cute place, I was very concerned about the lack of ventilation in the place. There is no AC, which is to be expected in France, but being down in the lower level, there wasn't even any way to get clean air. It smelled like mold due to the lack of ventilation and everything felt very humid (almost wet) because of it. ”

“Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans ce magnifique appartement idéalement situé.Par contre nous avons eu un problème de chasse d’eau au niveau d’un toilette. La cuisine est équipée de façon assez minimaliste (1 casserole, pas de plat pour le four, pas de couteaux à viande). Par contre lave vaisselle, lave linge, grille pain, grand frigo.Cet appartement est idéal pour un séjour en famille, à proximité du métro, dans un quartier prisé. Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir!”

“The location of this apartment is ideal for visiting all the sites in Paris and getting to/from the airport via RER B. The apartment itself was very comfortable for 4 adults, with two full baths & two spacious bedrooms, comfortable beds, plenty of towels, nice showers, too!”
