“Great house right on the lake, the only thing that I did not like was all of the spiders in the house! Saw Atleast 20.. probably more. I definitely did not sleep good that night. It might be common for lake houses to have a lot of creepy crawlers being so close to water, not sure but that would be my only complaint. Host was great with communication and the check in/check out process was clear and easy.”

“Very clean and nice. Quiet as it’s in the back.”

“Had a great stay at this adorable home in Tipp Hill! Fun scavenger hunt made the stay even more fun & gave us some great local history! Woul definitely stay again. One note...if you have trouble going up & down stairs, this may not be a good fit, there are steps to get to the house & the staircase is a bit tight with a tight turn. If that's not an issue for you, then I highly recommend a stay at this super cute perfectly located home in Tipp Hill!”

“Pictures did not accurately reflect the outside area of the property. The exterior was not clean and there was no grassy area to gather outside with child. The patio table was not cleaned. There was glass and debris in the front and side yard. Interior rooms were family-friendly and worked well for our family, although the floors were not very clean. The game room was good for the teens but the electronics didn’t work.”

“Excellent property closes to everything in town”

“Great place Clean and cozy Host great”

“There was hair from the previous tenant on the floor, in the bathroom, behind the toilet, in the kitchen, and there was also garbage from previous tenant in the garbage, I don’t think it was cleaned since the last person. Little disappointing and scary.”

“very comfortable place to stay. Everything you need is there. In a great quiet neighborhood. Sue is a great host.”

“It was a bigger property than expected. Really very clean, lots of towels and didn’t expect the complimentary coffee station. So overall it was perfect for what we needed.”

“The owners of the property were very attentive and welcoming. Everything was explained very clearly and plainly labeled in and out of the house so it was easy to find and put back. Our two dogs joined us as well. The fenced back yard was ideal and made them feel right at home without being cooped up. There was not one thing they didn't think of down to having toys and treats for my dogs. Highly recommend. We would stay again.”

“Great host... Good space... good for dogs as backyard is fenced. Could be cleaned better. Overall good”

“The house and property was very clean, set up well and obviously cared for. Kitchen was great - plates, glassware, pots/pans, silverware, etc and lots of basic supplies. Everything worked as described. Bathrooms were clean and worked great. AC was excellent. The firepit out back was beautiful, the game room in the garage was awesome, the dock/boat area very nice and had a beautiful view of the lake. Yard was great for the kids to play. Gas fire out front was nice at night too. The host was very...

“The house was very nice and the hot tub was amazing. The owner was quick to respond if I had any issues. Would definitely recommend staying here.”

“Cute apartment with everything we needed! Hosts provided everything we could think of! Would definitely rent again!”

“Excellent stay at an excellent property. Location, size, and configuration were perfect for our group of 11 people. Host communication, both before and during, was great ... we had several questions and he supplied quick clear responses. Property is located at a perfect spot in the Finger Lakes, near enough SYR Airport to get there fast, and close to many lakes, wineries, waterfalls, and other activities.”

“This was the coolest space our group has stayed in. The house is very clean, the location is great, the host is very easy to get a hold of/communicate with. They even left water on all of the bedside tables for everyone. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!”
