Un paisaje acogedor en una isla paradisiaca.

En general bien,el paisaje circundante es bellisimo,el hotel esta a orillas de la laguna y a pocas cuadras del centro de Marigot,el LCD y los programas bien,el lavabo y la habitacion tambien,lo que no me gusto es que habia muy poca iluminacion en la habitacion y me falto el desayuno.

Lovely budget option, but noisy neighbours

This was my third stay at the Fantastic Guest House. It is a great little place to stay. The rooms are clean and functional, there is A/C and cable TV and a refrigerator in your room too. The bathrooms are nice also. My stay was great except for one small thing - my neighbours. Sadly, I was unknowingly staying next door to 2 or 3 rooms booked out to kids on some kind of trip. I had gotten in on a late flight from the UK and was really tired and a bit jet lagged. They arrived to the hotel at around 10pm and were very noisy in the hall outside. The room I was in also had a door to the adjoining room, which was not very soundproof and I was therefore woken up once or twice in the night and also could hear them in the morning. Apart from that, this was another lovely stay at the Fantastic; I just hope for my next stay I have quieter neighbours!

Fantastic stay at the Fantastic Guest House

This was my second stay at the Fantastic Guest House. I preferred my room to the one I stayed in last time; I had a larger room before which seemed as if it had been filled with furniture to take up the space, but my room this time was smaller and with 2 beds, so all the furniture felt like it had a purpose. I love that you get a fridge in your room. A thoughtful addition. I had a great stay, and will stay again.

Nice place to stay at the Marina Royale

I was happy with my choice of the Fantastic Guest House. I stayed here for 5 nights and would have liked to stay longer, if I had had more time. The price-performance ratio is excellent. The rooms are at an affordable rate and for me it was all in all better than expected. I had a room with much space and good A/C as well as a very comfortable bed. A few things were not in good working order (like the crank levers for the windows), but there was nothing that really troubled me. During the day and till late evening the Rue Low Town is really noisy with motorcycles and music from a bar (weekends). But I think all rooms are facing away from the road and I could effectively keep the noise out by closing the windows and blinds firmly. Staff was very friendly and room was cleaned well every day. The lobby and pool have a great view of the marina and the sunset.

An ok place to stay on a budget

Not the most glamours place to stay, but the view of the marina was impressive. On a back residential street so a little unnerving walking at night but had no issues. Within walking distance to food and the market. Room had dishes frig and stove so good if you are looking to do your own meals.

gute Alternative zum Flughafenhotel

nur eine Ü vor dem Weiterflug. Mit schönem Pool. Sehr schöner Blick auf den Segelhafen. Viele Möglichkeiten gut zu essen in der Nähe. liegt auf der franz. Seite, also in Euro. Zimmer leider sehr heruntengekommen, riecht muffelig.

Excellent value for the money

Value for the money is what we all look for, right? This lil' hotel is set in a residential neighborhood and maybe doesn't look so hot from the outside, but the rooms are very clean, a/c worked just fine, beds are comfortable, towels are crispy white, and our room had a nice view of the harbor. I asked for a couple of softer pillows and they sent some immediately. They have a nice, clean pool we used. All noisy traffic and music stops at 10 p.m. and we had a very restful sleep. Value for the money paid is excellent.

Pour dépanner une ou deux nuits.

Places parking restreintes donc difficile de se garer. Belle piscine , belle vue sur la marina à partir de la réception. Vue des chambres sur des toits, pas de petit déjeuner mais un frigo. Pas d'ascenseur alors que les chambres sont au 1er ou 2ème étage. Mais hôtel simple et propre.

Centrally located comfortable, clean hotel with a beautiful view. Perfect for vacation on a budget, The place is clean, has a lovely swimming pool, friendly service staff, wonderful veranda perfectly suited for take out meals. Close to restaurants and shopping of every kind. Utilize buses, they are very inexpensive and will take you anywhere. The neighborhood is safe and everyone is friendly despite of how it might look at a first glance.

Good value good location

Family owned guest house steps from Marigot. People living in the immediate vicinity (including all we talked to around the guest house) were friendly and helpful. We had a very good experience at a very good price.

Liked the area, the lady was friendly and willing to assist with finding places to dine, shop and tour. My room was a bit musky and the cable didn't work
