Secluded AND Convienent
The cabin is actually very close to town but its secluded behind the property so you get a very private feel. A ton of little touches in the cabin make it so homey with just about everything you need besides food.

Beautiful cabin!
My fiancé and I had a great stay! Very clean place and a nice little backyard. perfect for two people! The only thing is that there is not very good cell reception ( as expected out in the mountains) However there is not Wi-Fi as was listed in the description. Not a huge deal for us though it would have been nice. Overall lovely place

Cute cabin
GPS was trying to take us to another location but we were able to see from the picture and then found house numbers. Property is very clean!

Wonderful place to stay.
Cabin was in cute location, clean, everything as stated in listing. Anything you could possibly need for your stay was there. Beautiful area with wildlife walking up to the back deck. We had a fabulous time. Very friendly town and will definitely visit again.

Great location and perfect for two!
Great location near downtown Marion and Hungry Mother. Clean and easy to get in touch with host. Just FYI amenities list internet but there is no WiFi/internet.

Cozy, peaceful cabin
This cabin was perfect for a weekend getaway for me and my husband. It was very clean and well stocked. Just bring your food and you’re ready! It is very close to Marion activities. The Lincoln Theatre has many offerings. And Hungry Mother State Park is beautiful. After a day exploring, this was so quiet and peaceful to come back to and relax. Wooded area immediately behind the cabin. Just nice to sit outside and listen to nature!

Weekend Trip
The cabin was perfect for our weekend trip to Virginia. Right near downtown Marion near the Lincoln Center and several great restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Quiet cabin
This was a nice quiet rental with a great fire pit and lots of wildlife. The owners lived close and were available if needed but they gave us our privacy. This was very close to the state park and downtown Marion.

Needs improvements
Not good for parking. Glad we had a small car. Bathroom wall near shower needs painting. The shower curtain needs changing.

There was plenty of hot water. Apparently they did not know how to use the controls . If asked I would have gladly showed them. Weldon

Beautiful cabin
We had a great time staying in this cabin. It was very clean, organized and felt like home . The landlords are very sweet and helpful. They let us park our bike in out of the rain. The view was perfect. It was equipped with things you would need at home. We will stay here again next time we co.e to Marion.

Much needed get away.
My husband and I were looking for a quiet area close to State Parks for hiking and getting outdoors. The cabin was a short drive to Hungry Mothers state park and the cabin itself is in a quiet area in the mountains. We enjoyed watching the wild life in the mornings at the cabin…deers and turkeys were abundant.

Friendly, warm and welcoming
The homeowners were very kind, almost like a Southern charm like friendliness. The cabin was very well taken care of, and the listing is as it says. It was relaxing and a great escape from my daily routine. I have so much appreciation for being able to stay in such a warm welcoming neighborhood/town. I did not feel like a stranger to the locals even though I definitely was haha

Home Away From Home
Perfect place to stay! In close proximity to "the dragon" for motorcycle riders & Hungry Mother State park for nature enthusiasts. We enjoyed both during our stay. Hosts are the sweetest! A super find. Would book again!

Wonderful Quiet Stay
Clean and well organized. Plenty of pots, pans and dishes etc. The view out of the back of the house is beautiful. Close to downtown. Everything we needed for a peaceful weekend out of town!

Adorable cabin surrounded by wildlife
The property owners were just a sweet as can be, meeting us upon arrival and giving us a quick tour. We saw many deer in the backyard while we stayed. Awesome spot!

Wonderful Weekend Getaway
This cabin was very nice and quaint, with a great scenery. We enjoyed the location and the cabin provided a great outdoors area to enjoy nature. The driveway is fairly inclined, but we had no issue with our motorcycle. The location is very close to downtown Marion. Although there are other cabins around, the position of this cabin gives you plenty of privacy. The owners were very welcoming and provided everything necessary for a great stay. We will definitely be staying here again!
