“Overall the stay was good. The house does the job. The bathrooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. The living room is fairly narrow which made it kind of difficult to watch a movie. However, if you struggle with narrow stairwells be aware. We also had issues with ants in the kitchen and at the outside porch. The neighbors were a little unkind about parking when we first arrived. Be aware of them possibly coming outside right when you arrive. The cleaning lady was very kind and easy to...

“This was our second time staying at the cottage on Montello Lake. The cottage is clean and comfy and the location is perfect! This is one of the best stocked vacation rentals that we have ever been to, and the owner is very responsive. The cottage is close to downtown Montello where you'll find some little shops, restaurants, bars, and grocery store. We always stop to have lunch at Oyster Crackers in Montello when we visit. They have the best homemade soups and sandwiches. We will be back again!...

“This house was great! Very clean and enough room for everyone. Quiet neighborhood and right across the street from a park. About 22 minutes from the Dells which isnt bad. The house is stocked with everything you would need such as kitchen, bathroom and bedroom items. Just bring food and there would be no reason to leave the house! Checking in and out was extremely easy and the property manager is always avaliable if for some reason she is needed. Would definitely stay at this property again next...

“The property and location were great. Fishing from the pier was fun. Also rented a boat from local bait shop and the pier was great to be able to take breaks. Owner was friendly and helpful with suggestions. Highly recommend, and we will be back!!! Thanks Lou!”
