“The hotel has the best location, splendid views, beautiful decoration, excellent breakfast, good drinks. Unfortunately our stay in the beautiful oceanfront suite had a serious problem with an unpleasant smell from the pipe coming out of the toilet. That ruined my dream stay. We reported it and they sent 4 men who practically took us out of the room without tact or common sense, saying that they were going to clean. They literally ran us away! They need more training!!. “This place is a hidden gem. No one knew about it. We just fell into this beautiful community of hotels by accident, and I have to tell you, it is the beachfront area they reserved for them. It's an 11-minute walk or a 1—or 2-minute shuttle that can take you there. It was amazing. They served food and drinks. The only thing that was lacking was music. I wish they had louder music at the beach. The water was amazing, and it was breathtaking.”
