* 2,800 square feet on 2 levels, 3 bedrooms upstairs require stairs
* Includes heated outdoor covered porches with entertainment and amenities
* 2 dens/media rooms, 2 x 75" TV's with Sonos sound systems. Apple TV and Android Play for the big football games and Netflix
* Private bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a king bed, Bedroom 2 has a queen bed, and Bedroom 3 has a king bed.
* The bunk flex space has 4 queen-size mattresses and a sleeper sofa for two. A separate upstairs flex space next to the master bedroom has a second sleeper sofa for two. These flex sleeping areas are not private bedrooms.
* 2 private work desks, include a widescreen HD monitor

* Quiet hours outdoors must be adhered to 7 days a week: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM.
