“The family suite was very underwhelming. There were 2 coffee mugs and 2 glasses and nothing else even though there was a full kitchenette. The furniture was uncomfortable and there was a dank smell that we couldn't get rid of even with the windows open. The staff was absolutely lovely and the facilities were very clean, but I would not recommend this room to others”

“Nice place and nice location. But very thin walls and when a car parked in our spot and then was idling from 445 am to 5 am we didn't get any more sleep. When we asked the manager why that spot isn't for the room we were we were immediately given an odd and defensive reaction and were told we were staying in the cheapest($200) room and that we should have contacted her...at 445 in the morning! Upon arrival, we received an incredibly warm and festive greeting by staff, a delicious glass of wine, and a run down of the property amenities and suggestions for local activities and attractions. There notified us of some damage to the original room I booked by previous guests, and they were nice enough to upgrade us to a larger, poolside suite at no extra charge.
