“This is the second time we stayed at this home. You can't beat the location for all the space. It's spacious, very clean, and bug-free, which is a priority for us. It has a nice fenced-in back yard for the kids to run, and entertain. The host is always there for you. We have family in the area, so this has become our go-to place when visiting. Location, location, location!! The best. And super clean. We'll book here again. ”

“Great location, also great atmosphere. My only constructive criticism would be to put a privacy screen in front of hot tub. There is probably privacy in the spring and summer from neighbors because of trees and bushes but around the fall there is zero privacy. Some people like myself like hot tubs in the fall season. Also the beds are too hard and stiff. Could not really get a good night's sleep. Besides those two things the place was phenomenal.”

“The house is very nice and in great shape, There is FoodLion grocery store right next door. The cute small town of Monroe is within blocks. The backyard is great. Kitchen is well appointed. Beautiful house. Could use some more blankets and there are zero clothes bureaus. The host was very responsive but couple things. Host asked upon reservations for copy of drivers license that I declined. Most concerning was access code was changed precisely at checkout time of 10:00 am. There was no...

“My family and I spent a few nights here while exploring the Charlotte area. The house was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet, but was within walking distance to downtown Matthews, which was such a cute vibrant little town. We would recommend this house and would certainly stay there again. ”
